Beautiful summer cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with children). A super cottage, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters from Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great vacation paradise, with beach, forest, rich bird and animal life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump and the house is well insulated. The price is without electricity consumption. Then a claim for extra payment for electricity consumption will be made after the stay.

Charming cozy cottage

When you enter the house, the calm descends like another beautiful retreat. The living room and a charming country kitchen form the framework for 3 beautiful bedrooms, when you either need to take a nap or have a good night's sleep. The garden is beautiful and very private. Everywhere on the property there are lovely cozy nooks for both adults and children. If you come with more than 5 people, there is also an annex that can be used. Here, there can easily be 2 extra and up to 4 people, if, for example, it is 2 adults and 2 children 15 min walk to the beach

Genuine cottage atmosphere

If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400 meters away

Cozy cottage in quiet, scenic surroundings. The house has 4 good bedrooms (2 x double beds and 4 x single beds) and is ideal for family and friends who want space and a real cottage atmosphere. The beautiful glass conservatory with a patio heater creates a wonderful setting – even on cool evenings. Outside, there is an outdoor shower & bathtub with hot water. Enjoy your morning bath under the open sky. Only 300 meters to the beach and 900 meters to cafes and shops There are clean bed linens and towels upon arrival.

Bo is secluded yet right in the heart of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops, a holiday atmosphere, activities, walks, and a cozy atmosphere. Close to public transportation. The home can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday during the summer high season. There is room for 5 guests. Check-out at 11 am, and check-in from 4 pm. Nice cottage that is close to both water and town. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach. After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

Beautiful cottage located on Hasselø/Falster Close to the water, possibility to use bicycles, kayak, flipper dinghy. Cozy newly renovated house, with sea views from the first floor. Nice garden, with the possibility to barbecue, play football, tennis etc. or just relax. 6 km from Marielyst beach. Close to good restaurants, shopping, cafes and many other nice attractions such as, the Medieval Center, 'the end of the world' Denmark's southernmost point, Knuthenborg etc.
