Charming townhouse near water

The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located summerhouse with about 50 meters - 1.5 km to the dike, the beach, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bakery, supermarkets, rides, etc. The house is about 95 m2, and it was completely renovated about 5 years ago, so we do everything to take good care of it. The house has a large kitchen common room, 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 terraces (to the east, south and west) and lots of beautiful nature. Smoking is not allowed. And pets are not welcome.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a 1.5-minute walk to the beach, on a small path that only the residents of the small road use. Best suited for 4 people. Shopping can be done at the grocery store 906 miles away. Restaurants about 1 km away. 3.5 km to the center of Marielyst city with all major supermarket chains, restaurants and bars.

The cottage is placed in first row to the sea, with outstanding view to the beautiful Grønsund, close to the idyllic municipality Stubbekøbing. Cosy and closed well maintained garden with sheltered spots and two terraces. (Please be aware: The hedge around the garden has been felled in January 2025, and new hedge plants have been planted. Only in 3 years will the garden be closed again). Small sand Beach with Jetty Activities: Hiking, Biking, Angeln, Surfing, Kayaking, etc. Bicycles included!

Spacious nordic living in rural surroundings

Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

Apartment in villa in central Vordingborg

Light and Nordic inspired studio located close to Vordingborg center and marina. Quiet area, free parking and both nature and town outside the door. Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. 2. Row to the Beach - Charming cottage

Cosy summercottage very close to the amazing beach of Marielyst. The old charming summercottage is situated in a quite area just a short walk to the awardwinning sandy beach with shallow water (100 meters away by small path). Live your summerlife on the beach and on the two wonderfull wooden terrasses with sun the whole day. Enjoy the sun in the summerevenings at the west facing closed terrasse with outside kitchen or on the covered terrasse to the garden with outdoor wood stove.

New Nordic: Cozy summer cottage close to the beach

Great lovely plot of 1200m2, off the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of space for play and ball games. The house is located about 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzaria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.
 The house is heated with heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.

Beautiful view of Stege Bay

Cottage 10 meters from the water and fantastic panoramic views of Stege Bay towards Lindholm, Møn and Stege. From the house, it is 200 meters to the public bathing pier and cozy Kalvehave Harbor with pleasure boats and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for lots of nearby excursions, e.g. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon-land.
