Let the calm descend in this newly renovated cottage with room for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The house is charming and cozy, but has everything in modern luxury and a wood-burning stove. It is located on a large natural plot with Denmark's best beach only 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and enjoy the sun on the many wooden terraces or in the hammock. If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400 meters away

Outside, you can enjoy a wilderness bath and a sun-heated outdoor shower. Only 800 meters from Denmark's best beach, close to the golf course, Bøtøskoven and shopping. Nice cottage that is close to both water and town. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach. After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

Sit back and relax in this quiet and relaxed cottage. Completely renovated in 2022. Good materials and good indoor climate. Completely secluded backyard with room for play, games, coziness, and wilderness bath. When you park the car, you can look down the small path to the beach. One of the best beaches with only 60 meters walk from the property. Absolutely unique location. Marienlyst city is a short drive away where there are supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, shops and the best ice cream shop.

Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer.
