40 minutes by car or a bike ride from Berlin, our small house (about 50 square meters) on the lake is waiting for you! Less than 20 meters to the sandy beach on the lake and in the middle of nature (750 sqm property)! Ideal starting point for bike tours through the Schorfheide, starting point for mushroom seekers and of course water enthusiasts! The water skiing facility in Ruhlsdorf (3.5 km), the climbing park and the wildlife park in the Schorfheide (16 km) or the boat rentals on the Finow Canal also offer variety.

Where the Oder-Havel Canal and the Old Finow Canal intersect, the entrance to the Schorfheide, there lies the picturesquely designed harbor village of Zerpenschleuse. Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.

In dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Wasser mit einem Privathafen können Sie Ihren Urlaub mit bis zu 6 Personen verbringen. Es bietet unglaublich viele Extras: Ob eine Klimaanlage, eine Sauna oder ein Kamin - es werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Je nach Wetter bietet das Haus einen Tisch draußen und drinnen an. Die Einbauküche verfügt über einen Herd, Kühlschrank, Backofen und Spülmaschine. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Wlan, Heizung, Wasser und Strom sind inklusive. Sauna funktioniert bis 20.1.2026 nicht

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Auf unserem 8m- Boot gibt es fließendes Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn und eine elektrische Toilette. Eure Getränke sowie Essen könnt Ihr in einem Kühlschrank kühlen. Es steht Euch eine ans Boot angebunden 4×2,5m- Plattform zur Verfügung, auf der Ihr Euch zum Essen hinsetzen, Yoga machen oder einfach chillen könnt. Ausserdem befindet sich hier auch Eure Outdoor-Campingdusche, (auf den Bildern zu sehen). Alternativ kann man auch für 2€ nebenan in der City Marina normal warm duschen.

Genießt die Ruhe, entspannt euch beim Anblick der Weite und beobachtet spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus. Direkt im Ort befindet sich der Bernsteinsee, einer der schönsten Seen Brandenburgs mit großem Sandstrand, kleinen Buchten und einem Strandbad. Wälder und Felder rund um Ruhlsdorf laden zu schönen Spaziergängen und zum Pilze sammeln ein. Kaum zu glauben, dass diese Oase der Ruhe in nur 45 Minuten mit dem Auto von Berlin Mitte zu erreichen ist.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, then you have come to the right place! Rosenbeck is a very small place surrounded by forest and water, about 50 km north of Berlin, with the Usedom bike path. Enjoy the beautiful nature in the middle of the Schorfheide. Rent bikes, SUPs or a kayak. Lake Werbellin is about 5 km away. You can hike, swim, fish, boat, bike, climb, visit the boat lift, the wildlife park and much more. Shopping about 6 min, bus 300 m, train 6 km.

Our fully furnished Scandinavian-style wooden vacation home is located on the edge of the tranquil harbor village of Zerpenschleuse. In summer, nearby lakes invite you to swim and the garden to barbecue. Children enjoy the trampoline and the mud kitchen in the garden, while the adjacent large field behind the house invites you to fly a kite. On cool days, the fireplace provides coziness. Our house offers relaxation and nature experiences in all seasons.
