The cozy house with a large garden and sauna (g. fee) is located on the edge of the forest in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, only 50 km from the center of Berlin. The lovingly furnished house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large kitchen-living room, fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural pools and outdoor swimming pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

40 minutes by car or a bike ride from Berlin, our small house (about 50 square meters) on the lake is waiting for you! Less than 20 meters to the sandy beach on the lake and in the middle of nature (750 sqm property)! Ideal starting point for bike tours through the Schorfheide, starting point for mushroom seekers and of course water enthusiasts! The water skiing facility in Ruhlsdorf (3.5 km), the climbing park and the wildlife park in the Schorfheide (16 km) or the boat rentals on the Finow Canal also offer variety.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We rent out a comfortable and fully equipped A-Frame cabin only 5 minutes away from the Zernsdorfer Lake. The perfect place to relax in nature but still enjoy the sights ob Berlin. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
