Family-friendly holiday rentals in Marilleva 1400

Thanks so much for a great week! The apartment is super nice and as described! Carmen and her family were always there for us and offered us valuable tips and support. Especially great was the possibility to use the jacuzzi as well as to use the indoor swimming pool + sauna (highly recommended) in the AquaForum. Thank you very much and only recommended!!

We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

The check in was easy, the owners were super helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious, felt brand new and the whole block was very quiet considering there were loads of residents. The city bikes (which there are loads of) were a great addition to our holiday making it easy for our 7 and 9 year olds to make the short cycle into Riva and out to Limone and Torbole. Missing Italia already!

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and, of course, exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for it and you can enjoy the beautiful big house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and it worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into the city. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We were on the road a lot, but we also enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. I give it 5 stars on everything but I would also put 10. Wonderful apartment, perfect cleanliness, Claudio's availability, really beyond the imaginable... It treats you as if she has known you forever and is always available. I recommend it to everyone and please keep the apartment as you found it is a special place that deserves not to be violated . Warm location. Very quiet - waterfall behind the house and mountain stream in the valley except :) ideal starting point for small hikes, right from the chalet, and excursions by car. we had sun almost all the time. could have breakfast outside on the lake terrace. The house itself is well equipped, with loving frills, good beds, fine kitchen.

We (2 adults + dog) spent a few nice days in Serena's house. The location is wonderfully quiet and we were able to unwind wonderfully. Communication with the landlady was smooth, friendly and fast, as was the check-in. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and we lacked nothing. Conclusion: An absolute oasis of calm and 100% recommendation.

Had a wonderful stay in Brez, on the balcony you can sit with a view of the village and the mountains. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything you need in a kitchen. The area is quiet, but if you are by car there are plenty of beautiful places in the area. We had a lovely stay!

An incredible place🩷 immersed in absolute nothingness, except for the mountains and the silence. Mrs. Assunta is very kind, the breakfast is delicious, especially the homemade cakes. The perfect farm if you want to escape the city and immerse yourself in the countryside. Convenient location for various walks.

Beautiful neighborhood and clean property. Host Cristiano is very helpful and kind. Swimming pool, tennis court, city bikes included in the price of the stay. I recommend :)

Everything was perfect

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 4 nights there. It is super clean, new, modernly furnished. We felt super comfortable. We had the pool partly all to ourselves. It is super quiet and the area is simply fantastic. The large roof terrace is also beautiful. Simply great. Eleonora and her parents are also super friendly. We will definitely come back, then we will stay longer :)

Thank you Nicola, for a great stay! The apartment was immaculate, impeccably clean and well equipped with everything I needed. I felt at home. I also found the terrace for breakfast very nice. The construction noise was a bit disturbed, but due to the holiday and the following weekend, this was only incidental. The bed was very comfortable and the oversized duvet was an extra highlight. The pool was also very nice to look at, just the water was still cold to try the pool. But even in Lake Garda at max. I'm not in 17°C. I also liked the safe storage for bicycles very much. I would have liked to dispose of my garbage myself, in the absence of a representation/photo, unfortunately I did not know where to go with it. I would love to stay here again! Kind regards, Michael

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

We spent a week with Patrick and Nina and felt very comfortable. Both are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very secluded in nature, perfect for relaxing. A highlight was the nature pool. The small apartment is well equipped, the bathroom could be renovated. As everywhere in nature, you should not be afraid of spiders. A car is absolutely needed, it takes almost 30 minutes to Bolzano (15 km). We definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back.
