Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect in many ways.... location, peaceful, restaurants, bars, tram, bus to airport nearby, shortwalk to high street shops and very close to amazing Mercat Central d'Alacant. Everything that you might need was considered and available in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful. The temperature control and fan in bedroom worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

El alojamiento está situado en la calle principal de Calpe, en una zona con mucho ambiente y cerca de la playa. La casa es muy agradable, está decorada con muy buen gusto y cuidada. Su Terraza es enorme, ideal para el verano, y posee ventilador y aire acondicionado. En cuanto al contacto con Virginia, excelente, en todo momento se preocupó por explicarnos todo, adaptar horarios y resolvernos cualquier duda. Ha sido una gran anfitriona. Cuando vayamos a Calpe, repetiremos sin duda.

The property was very clean and easy to find, with clear and helpful instructions provided. Check-in was incredibly flexible, which made the whole arrival process stress-free. The hostess was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. A genuinely great experience from start to finish and so peaceful!

Es un apartamento muy recomendable. Es como si estuvieras en un hotel pero con casa particular. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. La piscina es fantástica.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we particularly loved the balcony space. The facilities in the building were first class and we used the indoor pool every day. Swim caps are required but can be bought for €3 at the desk. Views are incredible and it was only a 30 minute walk to the old town. A taxi home was only €7 and a 5 minute drive. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and shops nearby. All the staff were friendly and the gated security entrance gave you a nice feeling of security. We are already thinking of booking for next year as it is the most relaxed we have felt in recent holidays.

Las fotos no le hacen justicia, es un apartamento muy espacioso y con unas vistas espectaculares. Además se siente mucha privacidad. Al llegar, te encuentras con que tienes de todo en el lugar, es como estar en casa, no hace falta llevar casi nada. Para nosotros lo más importante es la limpieza y este apartamento cumplió con nuestras expectativas, nos sentimos muy cómodos desde que llegamos. Cathy siempre está atenta y responde rápidamente a cualquier consulta. Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

C'est la deuxième fois que je réserve à cette adresse et je suis toujours satisfaite. Cette fois-ci, le logement était au premier étage et j'ai eu la bonne surprise de découvrir qu'il y avait une terasse. L'emplacement est très central mais en même temps dans une rue paisible. Ce qui est rare à Alicante. Proche de la plage, proche des restaurants, proches des boutiques et du marché central. Nombreux bus à proximités. Ce que j'apprécie également c'est que le logement est neuf et très propre. L'hôte est toujours acceuillant. Et le gros avantage c'est que l'arrivée comme le dépzrt sont flexibles.

We visited the penthouse over Christmas and when we say the place is amazing, we all meant it. All the amenities both on site and in the apartment were brilliant they really have thought of everything. As a group of 5 it met all our needs and we would give this property 5* and recommend to anyone. You are 15/20 mins to Alicante or Santa Pola or 45 mins from Benidorm by car. There is a stunning nature reserve at the back of the apartment. Loads of walking places if you enjoy it and make sure to visit Viewbar for a drink or afternoon snack or pop up the hill to Gran Alacant for the best cafe in town and to experience the platform over the edge of the cliff.

Det var et fantastisk opphold😊 Vi anbefaler virkelig denne boligen. Stedet var perfekt for oss, og midt i sentrum kort avstand til strand og alle restauranter. Vi kommer definitivt tilbake.

Nice apartment in wonderful location, it has everything you may need for a perfect stay, not just a regular Airbnb-prepared apartment, but feels like a home. Neighborhood is pretty and calm, small city, nice shops with fresh seafood, restaurants, everything’s near. Lidia is a nice host always ready to help. Willing to stay in future!

Een heerlijke, ontspannen tijd gehad! We hebben hier vijf dagen verbleven en wat was het geweldig! Het uitzicht, de rust, het zwembad, alles was perfect. We hebben echt genoten van elke minuut. Bij aankomst werden we warm ontvangen door een ontzettend lieve gastvrouw, en bij vertrek net zo hartelijk uitgezwaaid. Het was precies wat we nodig hadden om ons hoofd leeg te maken en even bij te komen van het drukke leven in Nederland. Heel erg bedankt voor de gastvrijheid. Jullie zijn absoluut een aanrader en we komen zeker nog eens terug!
