Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Valencian Community

Excellent place, fully equipped. 2 clean bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, large living space and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bonus of washing machine, dryer and iron. All cleaning products provided so we could keep the apartment clean and tidy. Loads of extra bedding and towels provided. Excellent location, walking distance to Ciudad de las Artes Las Ciencias. Bus stop to all locations outside apartment. Plenty of local restaurants and places to purchase groceries within walking distance. The swimming pool was clean and greatly appreciated. Private and not at all busy. Many times it was just our family using it. We highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our family!

We slept 4 nights in Ilaria's appartement, just 10 minutes away from the Torres de Serranos. Everything was fine, the appartement was very clean and had all the equipment one needs to have a relaxed stay including an anti-hair-frizz treatment box;) very nice for the ladies! There is an espresso coffe machine with coffe pads already there and a little balcony to watch the local scene going on which was very authentic and we liked it. The historic centre is right across the bridge, only 10 min. walking distance. Although the appartment is located in an appartment block with other flats, it was very quiet and we had a nice sleep. We can recommend Ilarias appartement and the beautiful city Valencia with it's historic centre but also the modern part close to the ocean. Hope to see you soon! Silvia, Oskar + Ines.

We had a great time during our stay in the apartment. It’s right next to the cathedral, in the middle if the old town and only a short walk to metro station Colon from where you can reach the airport. The apartment was clean and lovely, we had everything we needed. You had to get used to reaching the bed because of the stairs but nothing you can’t handle. If you would like to cook in the apartment, salt an pepper and some oil would’ve been missing, but as we didn’t plan doing so, we weren’t missing anything. Thank you for the uncomplicated check in and communication, we would always come back! 😊

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect in many ways.... location, peaceful, restaurants, bars, tram, bus to airport nearby, shortwalk to high street shops and very close to amazing Mercat Central d'Alacant. Everything that you might need was considered and available in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful. The temperature control and fan in bedroom worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Susana's apartment is a spacious, well equipped apartment in a fantastic location, close to all the sights and the beach. The bus stop forthe C6 airport bus is literally a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment and there are many restaurants, shops and bars nearby. The neighbourhood is in a central area but the street itself is quiet. We thought the apartment was clean and excellent value for money. Our plane arrived late but Susana's friend welcomed us at the agreed time. We really appreciated Susana allowing us to leave our luggage late on the day we checked out. Gracias Susana!

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

A nice surprise this place. In the heart of Alicante Easy access The entrance to the building and the common areas are in the air of time, the New York lobby The basement with its laundry/dryer area remains very convenient especially when traveling a baby like me. As for the accommodation, it is very modern well arranged. All baby amenities are present, a real plus (crib, high chair and bathtub) Beautiful window doors, beautiful volumes Neither too small nor too big Everything was new, clean and functional which is rare to find especially in Alicante (center) Bed is comfy The spacious and convenient bathroom (even for people with reduced mobility) the shower head in the toilet. The cherry is the place, everything is nearby, very hectic street during the day and in the evening we completely forget that we are in the center. Thanks to Dmitry who was kind and responsive. A great, modern apartment which served as a perfect base for the Valencia marathon. Good transport links nearby (the bus) to the centre of Valencia and very easy check in - would definitely recommend!

Pim is quite nice and warmhearted! We had nice conversations and he shared few interesting stories. The room and all facilities were great and convenient!

Fabiana was a great host, very responsive and friendly. The room is as described, and the surroundings are beautiful! Very easy to get to by bus, and there is a shop/restaurant nearby for the basics. The beach and the nature reserve are just minutes away, it's perfectly located. Overall great value for money.

I think this is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The host was lovely, very resonsive to any needs I might have had. It was always clean and tidy. I think that communicating with Svetlana was easy and I felt very welcomed in her home. Her genuine attitide made approaching her very easy, the best host I have met so far! I think this place is perfect for long stays, because you get to have a good mix of privacy, it is quite chill and quiete, and at the same time you can meet fellow travelers if you feel like it. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to work remotely.
