Holiday rentals with a patio in Marina del Rey

I really enjoyed my stay, almost felt like my actual home. Monet was an awesome host! she was very communicative and responded to all of my questions quickly. the place overall was nice, clean & cozy. think my only complaint was that she said smoking was allowed on the balcony, even had an astray out there for convenience however, there was a neighbor above who does not like smoke and yells to stop smoking. So just be prepared to deal with that or do the long walk outside each time you want a cigarette. other than that, awesome spot, convenient location, great experience would book again!

This was a fantastic stay, especially if you are trying to be not so close to the beach. It’s a 10 min drive to the beach or any other attraction in Venice, without the busyness.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

Tony is an excellent host and we will try again to stay in one of his apartments when we return to MDR.

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

We had a great stay at Peter’s place in Marina del Rey. The home was clean, neat, and exactly as described. Peter was a fantastic host, very responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Anastasia was a great host, super helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location in Marina del Rey, close to everything we needed. We had a really comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of this apartment is really good with lots of nice restaurants, as well as supermarkets, within walking distance. The views from the apartment are lovely, overlooking the Santa Monica pier and the beach. The apartment was very clean and modern, and had everything we needed from extra towels, choice of different pillows, iron, hairdryer, equipped kitchen etc, there are also laundry facilities in the building which we found very helpful. Jonathan was a very responsive and helpful host who was able to answer any questions we had and sent useful information regarding check-in and check-out; collecting the keys and finding the building/apartment was straight forward and easy.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The space felt more spacious than the photos, and we were delighted by the natural light. Even with the large sliding doors closed, the indoor/outdoor feel was still present. Our dog enjoyed basking in the sun throughout the day. The space was quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place to work and relax. We would definitely love to stay again!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Nima's place. The space had everything we could have possibly needed and felt very secluded despite proximity to other homes. This is a great place to stay if you need a safe, clean, and thoughtfully organized home base while in LA!

Cottage Bleu was divine. The small details and little touches were so sweet including flowers on the table, lovely hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The cottage was clean and heavenly. The location was perfect, in a quiet tree lined street walking distance to Abbot Kinney. It made a wonderful stay for our family and we look forward to staying again.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was absolutely fabulous even better than expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Carlos was a great host, responsive and helpful throughout. I was traveling internationally, so I appreciated how smooth and stress free everything was. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic studio apartment that lives much larger than its actual size due to great spacing & flow between bed, closet, living area, kitchen & bath. Each distinct area has all that you need to feel right at home, immediately. And the location is perfect — an easy walk to Abbott Kinney, Erewhon, and the beach, with rental bikes avail nearby if you want to venture into Santa Monica, Marina del Ray, etc Really enjoyed the 4 nights here and hope to stay here again soon.

We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (just some noise in mornings from bin collection), but still close to Beverly Hills, etc. The place was spotless, and hosts were responsive.

We had a great week long stay in late May 2025. The unit was very clean and as pictured. Very well appointed and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Lots of towels. Off street parking. Felt very quiet, safe and private. Great location and safe to walk dog. Only thing lacking is having some outdoor space. The property consists of a small house in front, this cottage, then a large house being constructed behind (almost done), with a driveway running the length. Construction behind and on the property next door was fine, aside from not being pretty. Host was friendly and unobtrusive. We would stay here again.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Apartment was great, stayed there with my family of 5, just big enough to make it work.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
