La struttura offre l’accesso immediato all’ampia spiaggia libera frontale, molto tranquilla e non affollata che offre anche i servizi di un lido. La spiaggia e il fondale sono sabbiosi, il mare non è subito profondo.

The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata.
