super ! nous avons été très bien accueillie, tout était à disposition ( bouteille d eau, jus de fruits, gâteaux, etc ...), tout était propre et nettoyé, je n'ai aucun avis négatif tout était là et nous avons passé un excellent voyage merci pour tout marta !

Valerio war äußerst hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar! Die Lage war unbeschreiblich und der Strand war trotz erschwerten Straßenbedingungen in 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen! Es war ein perfekter Urlaub, den uns Valerio beschert hat! Einfach nur Danke

Ottima ubicazione, abbastanza centrico, buona attenzione, molto atrezzata, accanto c'e un alimentare che apre fino a tardi, prezzo giusto, l' unica cosa da considerare è che si trova al terzo piano, per chi non è un problema questo è il posto perfetto per allogiare.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sehr schön & mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Weg nach oben hat es in sich, aber die tolle Aussicht ist es wert. Super ist auch der unkomplizierte check-in & die Hilfe durch Misa. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gleich neben einem Supermarkt und man ist auch schnell am Hafen. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt leider verkürzen, da unter der Wohnung eine Baustelle (welche wohl schon beendet sein sollte) war. Antonella war sehr bemüht eine andere Unterkunft für uns zu finden und wir konnten uns super einigen. Antonella konnte nicht wissen, dass unterhalb noch so viel Lärm gemacht wird, daher konnte sie nichts für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Sie antwortete auf unsere Nachrichten sehr schnell und war auch für Tipps und Informationen jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Matteon majoitus oli aivan loistava. Asunto on hyvin siisti ja hieno, vastaa kuvausta ja ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti. Täydellinen vaihtoehto esim. nelihenkiselle lapsiperheelle! Todella hyvä hiekkaranta ihan vieressä: matala, kirkas vesi ja rantapalvelut saatavilla. Capoliverin kaunis kylä muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Auto tosin on aika tarpeellinen, sillä kauppoja ei ole Naregnossa, mutta pari ravintolaa kyllä. Matteo oli avulias ja vastasi hyvin kaikkiin kyselyihin. Oma autopaikka aivan asuintalon vieressä.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nell’appartamento di Giulia e tutto è stato perfetto. La casa era pulita e molto comoda, perfetta per due persone. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche lo spazio esterno, utile in quanto viaggiavamo con il nostro cagnolino. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alla spiaggia e il centro è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Noi abbiamo prenotato il parcheggio (35€ per una settimana), che si trova a pochi minuti dall’appartamento e per tutta la vacanza ci siamo spostati a piedi. La zona è tranquilla e tutto ciò che serve è nelle vicinanze. Il check in viene effettuato autonomamente, le istruzioni di Giulia erano chiare e la sua disponibilità è stata impeccabile.

Casa spaziosa e accogliente. Gli host sono cortesi e disponibili. Il luogo è tranquillo ma relativamente lontano dalla spiaggia (che abbiamo sempre raggiunto via auto, ma senza problemi data la presenza di parcheggi gratis vicino casa). Nel complesso un ottima esperienza. Consigliato

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità: lontano dal caos, ma comunque ben collegato per esplorare comodamente tutta l’isola. L’alloggio è curato nei dettagli, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa: cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi stabile e persino una zona esterna ideale per rilassarsi la sera o pranzare all’aperto. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e attento, fornendoci ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Un’ottima scelta per chi desidera una base comoda e rilassante da cui partire alla scoperta dell’isola. Lo consiglieremmo senza esitazione!

Bel soggiorno in quel di Marciana Marina. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti della casa e ancora di piu del terrazzo vista mare. Grazie Monica.

L'appartamento di Erika è ottimo, ben attrezzato situato in una posizione comoda e da cui si vede il mare con l'isola d'Elba. Erika è una persona molto disponibile e amichevole. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Erika.

Die Wohnung von Stefania ist gut ausgestattet, mit einem gemütlichen Sofa, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und allen wesentlichen Utensilien, Zimmer mit guten Betten und Klimaanlagen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Piombino und Umgebung sind sehr empfehlenswert, insbesondere die malerische Altstadt und das planzenreiche Naturschutzgebiet, in dem man schön wandern kann. Es stehen verschiedene Strände zur Auswahl, die man zu Fuss gut erreichen kann. In der Nähe der Wohnung liegt ein grosser Supermarkt. Da wir ohne Auto unterwegs waren, sind wir recht viel gelaufen, man kriegt also etwas Bewegung, auch weil die Wohnung im vierten Stock liegt.

I wish I had stayed longer. Sandra’s apartment was just perfection. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cool. The AC was very much appreciated. Sandra recommended 2 restaurants for dinner right in the old part of town. I have to say they were incredible. The pasta as the best I had the entire trip. Piombino is very active and fun at night. I spent the day on Elba Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away. The walk from the apartment is an easy 25 minutes to the ferry. Thank you Sandra! I loved every minute in Piombino. Fabio and Patrizia and their family and livestock made us feel very welcome. The apartment was fully equipped and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio in the garden. Quiet surroundings with beautiful view, but still on walking distance of shops and scenic village center. Say hello to all the donkeys, especially the smallest one with the biggest voice.

Appartement pratique et dans un cadre agréable juste en dehors du centre de Cavo. La piscine est magnifique. Les enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié. Balcon très agréable pour les repas avec le soleil du matin et à l'ombre tout l'après-midi.

We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

Skønt sted med stor privat grund, tilhørende pool og tennisbane. Lejligheden har den bedste beliggenhed, man kan ønske sig i Cavo, og en fantastisk udsigt fra den store balkon. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn af sted, og for 4 personer er lejligheden lidt for lille. Guilia er en meget imødekommende, fleksibel og hjælpsom vært, der altid responderer hurtigt.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Das Aviotel hat nur ebenerdige Zimmer, alle um den sehr großen und gut gepflegten Pool herum angeordnet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Das Bad ist groß und sauber - tolle Dusche. Das Bett ist etwas einfach und die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen, aber das mag schon im nächsten Zimmer anders sein. Eine kleine Terrasse ermöglicht es, draußen zu sitzen und Wäsche zu trocknen. Für mich was es toll, den Pool zu jeder Zeit nutzen zu können. Die Entfernung nach Marina de Campo ist mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu schaffen, wir waren eher froh, nicht so sehr im Zentrum zu sein. Direkt nebenan ist der kleine Flughafen, aber es flogen nur ca. 5-6 Kleinflugzeuge pro Tag, so dass sich der Lärm in Grenzen hielt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
