Monthly Rentals in Marina di Pescia Romana

We stayed at Casa del Fico in April 2025. The house is very nice, clean and well cared for, located in the silence of the countryside behind Marina di Pescia Romana, with numerous beds available. In addition to the dining room on the ground floor, there is also one in the basement, both with long tables that allow lunches and dinners even for large guests (there were 9 of us). In the beautiful garden there is a pool and a gazebo with another large table that allows you to eat outdoors, better if under the stars, clearly visible given the poor light pollution of the area (especially for those who live in the city). There are numerous places to visit in the neighborhood: Saturnia, Tarquinia, the archaeological park of Vulci, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, the Maremma, just to name a few, plus of course the sea. The owner is very nice and approachable. We can only recommend Casa del Fico to all those who intend to plan a vacation in these beautiful areas.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. Francesca was exceptionally kind and provided us with many helpful recommendations about local attractions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Clara’s apartment for a month. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views out the bedroom windows are picturesque, the sound of the birds singing, the waterfall below and the church bells ringing. Very very relaxing. The village of Sorano is beautiful, all folks we met and got to know made us feel like part of the community. Our favorite restaurant was Fidalma. Out of all the places we visited in the month from Rome up to Florence, it was by far the best food and service. The cafe just up from Fidalma was our morning coffee and afternoon place for Aperitivo . Sorano is a very special place. We will miss the village and Clara’s house. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Nice and quiet place with everything you need. Above all, the exterior is appreciated! Unfortunately, there were problems with the power, which we were unable to restore in the end. But Narita promptly moved us to another home she owned, offering us additional comforts and a dinner to apologize for the inconvenience. For quick resolution and kindness, it deserves 5 stars. I hope they'll be able to resolve the issue with the electrical system.
