Holiday rentals with a patio in Marina di Pietrasanta

This was a fantastic stay in a great location, right in the heart of the city center of Lucca. The apartment matched the description perfectly. It was especially convenient for anyone studying at LIS (Lucca Italian School). The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with luggage on both arrival and departure. The host was also very responsive whenever needed. The balcony was a big plus - as you are on the third floor, but you can step outside any time. We really enjoyed the birds outside. This place is highly recommended, and we would stay again the future.

Matteo’s apartment is exactly as described and was exactly what we need for our short trip to Pisa. It’s 10-15 mins walk to Pisa central station and 20-30 mins walk to the leaning tower. As a host Matteo is very responsive and gave good tips and advices for what i needed: place for a pacifier for my baby, place to eat, how to best get around. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

Giuliana's house was perfect for a quick getaway in the Pietrasanta area (but it would also be perfect for longer stays). Large house, tidy, clean and with everything you need just as described! Giuliana is a kind and helpful host. The house is comfortable and not far from both the sea (by car) and the center of Pietrasanta (on foot).

We booked for 5 persons and we had a amazing stay. The apartment was located perfect for us, near to train, busses etc. I would highly recommend Nico as a host & his apartment, 5 stars ⭐️

Maurizio's accommodation is highly recommendable. We were four adults and a small child and stayed for almost two weeks. The accommodation was spacious enough for us, and the old farmhouse has a lot of charm. The park-like garden is truly beautiful. All in all it is a great place to relax or play table tennis or volleyball. There's also a sandbox, a swing, and other toys for children. We really enjoyed the pool. If you're looking for peace, tranquility, and nature, this is the place for you. The host and his wife are very friendly, and we also found the gardener extremely kind.

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The place is serene, beautiful, and exactly what we were looking for — peaceful and away from the crowds. It is a bit isolated if you don’t have a car, but for us, that was part of the charm. The view is absolutely breathtaking — we spent hours just soaking it all in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape. We can’t wait to return!

This apartment is right in the heart of Forte dei marmi, everything is walkable. Francesco is a wonderful host, he gave lots of local recommendations and was easily available to contact. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

L'Acero is a great place! It has everything you need and more! It is greatly equipped for laundry - washer & drier. It was very clean and greatly built. But it also feels very homey and warm. The artwork on the walls is very cool and quirky, which we loved. It's very private, also on the terrace and you can cook very easily there. It is clear that this is a home designed by people who love food and art, which Massimo and Roberta are. We loved it there. There is a small shop arround the corner, for everything else you need a car, however that applies to the whole area of Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Massimo gave us great recommendations for restaurant and was very responsive. All in all - it was great!

We had an absolutely delightful stay. Peaceful and tidy apartment with a lovely view. It had everything we could have wanted during our stay. Enrico and Silvia were amazing hosts making sure we were comfortable. Communication was pleasant, efficient and fast. Grazie mille, Enrico and Silvia!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Casa Lu. The house is modern and well-equipped, everything is well thought out. The tranquility, the great view of the valley as well as the relative proximity of the beach and places worth seeing was exactly what we hoped for and found in Casa Lu. Lucia is a very nice and helpful person. In short: highly recommended.

Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.

The Casina del Noce and its wonderful garden are a pearl of Versilia. The house is small but cozy, the giant garden, well maintained and the pool the ideal solution to cool off and especially if you have children like us. Massimo and Ilaria were always available, kind and very nice in the chats we had! The house is close to the Versilia sea, which offers everything, for families and non-families. We hope to return soon at the end of the summer to enjoy another week of tranquility and tranquility!

Let's say we loved the fenced area and all the space we had outside. Our dog loved to lay in the sun on the terrace. The apartment is small, but convenient enough for all your needs. The bed was really comfortable and nice to sleep on!The parking was really nice. The location of the apartment was good to have small day trips to other towns. Be minded that the A/C was only in the living room, therefore it could be warm in the bedroom. - we kept the door open so it was cooler in the heat outside (35C*) Definitely recommend to stay for a short time and quick reach to other towns. We had a great stay at the house of Florence! The house had all the amenities we could wish for ( we cooked almost all the nights ourselves because of it) and offers more than enough privacy to feel immediately at home. The apartment is suited in a very relaxed part of the town and offers great pathways to walk or cycle into the mountains, or enjoy a cornetto or aperitivo in Camaiore (do go to Rossano!). Last but not least, Florence was very helpful in answering our questions and flexible in arrival time. All in all, we would definitely recommend going here and will definitely visit again if we're ever in the neighbourhood again :)

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

George's apartment is modern, beautifully furnished and well located. My family and I enjoyed staying here and felt right at home. All the amenities (TV, oven, air con) are easy to use, and the rear garden is a total sun trap. George is also really quick at replying and very helpful, with questions and advice.

What an amazing find Pauline's Apartment was. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in Pauline's advert. The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Pisa and within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the local train station. This made it so much easier for travelling to other parts of Tuscany. Pauline was so welcoming also and very informative with details that made finding and accessing the apartment stress free. I'd highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Pisa

We just finished a wonderful ten day visit at this lovely apartment. It was spotless, had a beautiful terrace with an amazing view, and Roberta and her staff were all lovely to work with. I highly recommend!
