The bus runs every half hour directly in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

In our detached house, we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the common staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our own home with geothermal energy and generate electricity with our PV system. Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

Beautiful new basement apartment (50 m²) to relax and unwind in Beuren, a suburb outside the city of Isny in the Allgäu. From here you can start a hiking tour in the Allgäu Alps or explore the Allgäu by bike. You can cool off on warm summer days at the nearby Badsee Beuren.
