The apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor with a baroque vault, plus a small kitchen and small bathroom. In the garden behind the house, a sitting area in the greenery can be used. Loading and unloading in front of the house; parking for a fee on the Obermarkt, with parking disc free parking on Lutherplatz or Christoph-Lüders-Str. Internet access recently upgraded and fully functional.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.
