The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. Das Ferienhaus steht auf unserem Wohngrundstück. Hier ist man von Wald und Wasser umgeben .Ihr verpflegt euch selbst. Wanderfreunde und Wasserratten werden hier Gefallen finden. In der Nähe befindet sich der Scharmützelsee und 30 Autominuten entfernt kommt man in`s "Tropical Island" das deutschlandweit einzige Tropenfreizeitparadis unter Dach. Der Spreewald ist ebenfalls ein beliebter Tagesausflug.Bis Berlin sind es nur 70km. Die Städte Beeskow und Storkow liegen je 20 km entfernt.

It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.
