The lovingly decorated house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large eat-in kitchen, fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural swimming areas and an outdoor pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The small apartment has about 30 m², a shower + toilet as well as a living/sleeping room with an integrated kitchen area and is particularly suitable for couples and business travelers. The tram to Berlin is about a 7-minute walk away, from there by S-Bahn to the city again about 45 minutes, by car you can reach the city center in 30 minutes.
