Holiday rentals with a patio in Markkleeberg

Janine's apartment was extremely clean, well maintained and stylishly furnished. The furniture was in perfect condition, almost as-new. Despite the proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, so you could enjoy the stay to the fullest. I felt very comfortable from the first moment – almost like at home and would like to come back anytime. The hostess was also extremely friendly, courteous and communication was fast and pleasant.

My 4th visit and still a pleasure to stay in this welcoming appartement. It is located next to the historical center and there are plenty of good restaurant around. And even more pleasant with a nice weather!

This was a perfect place for our family of four! So many thoughtful touches to make sure we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen well stocked for those who wish to prepare their own meals. The living room and bedroom had separate doors off of the main hallway, which meant that our adult daughters had a private space to sleep - like a 2nd bedroom. The property is very peaceful with a lovely private patio. It was about a 20min drive to downtown Leipzig and we found it more cost efficient for a family to drive and find parking, than taking the transit. A wonderful stay in Leipzig!

The communication was already easy and clear in advance. The apartment is beautifully bright and looks exactly like the pictures. The seating outside is cozy and surrounded by greenery. The apartment, the beds, the laundry, everything very clean and well thought out. We immediately felt very comfortable, slept well and were awakened by birdsong. A clear recommendation!

We stayed 4 nights at Iakov with our daughter. We liked it very much, the location right at the zoo in the city and yet quiet, as it faces the courtyard. The parking space is perfect, unfortunately a little tricky with a large car, but an experienced driver can do it. The communication with Iakov was very friendly and the check-in also worked smoothly. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of wine on the table, wonderful. We can recommend the apartment and will definitely come back :-)

Thank you very much for the great accommodation in the middle of Leipzig! We will be happy to come back anytime and enjoyed the stay very much. For interested parties: The accommodation is very centrally located in Leipzig, within walking distance of the "Karli" (Karl-Liebknecht-Straße) with its diverse gastronomy and colorful life. Right on the next corner is a small, curious-looking "consumer" from the outside, which turns out to be a great Aunt Emma supermarket "with everything" and is open until 10 pm. The hosts are very accommodating and think ahead when you arrive and are not familiar with the area. Great! The building and the accommodation are really beautiful, despite the downtown location it is very quiet and cozy inside. Everything you need is there and you feel very welcome. At the same time, clear and simple in terms of furnishings, so that you can feel right at home for several days or a "while". A perfect "base camp". :-)

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were very kindly and warmly greeted by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We were greeted by a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy was the sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy veranda and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. Definitely one of the most beautiful holiday homes we've been to so far. The pool and all the little things in the garden were of course highlights. But even so, the vacation home was very nicely furnished and the communication with Tristan was great. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation with small private fenced garden, great also with dog. You can walk to the forest in 10 minutes and to Lake Zwenkau in 30 minutes 👍

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable - quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly furnished, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The villa and the property were even more beautiful than expected. We were absolutely thrilled! The huge garden is simply fantastic and invites you to relax. Everything is super well maintained and designed with a lot of love. You feel right at home. The host always responded quickly and was very helpful. It doesn't get any better :) We'd love to come back.

We spent 4 days at the fair and had a very pleasant stay. The check-in went smoothly, everything was clean and well maintained. Shopping facilities are right nearby, which was very convenient and everything was there that was needed for communal cooking. The trade fair is only 10 minutes away by car, which is ideal for a stay with a trade fair visit. After a long, stressful day at the fair, we were also able to enjoy a delicious restaurant right on the street. All around a recommended place to stay!

The apartment was fantastic. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. If drinks were missing, you could have taken something in front of the apartment against a small obolus. The idea was great. The apartment was very easy to find and everything was very clean and tidy as seen on the pictures. We'll be happy to come back🙂.

The listing is as described. It is ideal for children. There are many great ways to play. Felix is very friendly and relaxed. We had a great time feeling comfortable.

We were in Leipzig for the gymnastics festival and couldn't have wished for better accommodation. Everything was tip-top clean, the location ideal – quiet, but still central – and the communication with Marcel was super warm and uncomplicated. You felt right at home! Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is clean, purposefully and tastefully furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the balcony. 2 tram stops or about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Shops nearby. Some people may have a problem with the 4th floor without an elevator.

If you don't need to be in the heart of Leipzig, this apartment is a fine choice. Parking is great if you have a car and public transportation is great into the heart of Leipzig, taking only a few minutes by tram. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with a washer/ dryer combination. Jens and Carsten are responsive hosts ad very helpful. The bed is comfortable and there are some fie Asian restaurants withincise waking distance as well as a nearby supermarket.

We felt very comfortable. A vacation apartment with comfortable beds, an excellent coffee machine and good amenities. A lot has been invested in the apartment so that guests can feel at home.
