This is a brand new apartment on the lower level of our own house, you access down stairs in front of you as you come in gate . Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry, over night off street car parking in an enclosed yard , it has a kitchen with full sized fridge , dishwasher ,microwave, bench top cook plate , toaster, jug etc, one bedroom- queens size bed, a large lounge . Own bathroom, Private deck & BBQ area Great views, close to down town, beach, airport & main routes.
