Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Unique location right on the waters edge in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.

The Beach apartment is situated in idyllic Waikawa Bay just 10 minutes north of Picton. We literally have the beach on our doorstep... or more accurately at the end of our driveway.

Our fully self contained private apartment has stunning views, set amongst the rugged yet beautiful coastline and the snow covered mountains to the south. You can see stunning sunrises directly from your lounge and if your lucky dolphins and orcas too! A great place to relax and unwind.

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.
