We had a wonderful one night stay with Ligita and Bob how were very helpful and friendly hosts. Very comfortable apartment with everything you would need for a short stay, very close to main road and easy to find. There is an excellent mussel restaurant 10 minutes walk.

We loved The Loft! Our night away was even more special because of this accommodation, what a treat, we didn’t want to leave. Luxurious, comfortable, fun and the perfect location. We can’t wait to come back!! Rutu and Jonno were really easy to communicate with, Nga mihi nui ki a koe

Absolutely spectacular in every way! By far the best place we’ve ever stayed in. We had dreadful weather during our stay which meant going out was not an option, but with a place like this it didn’t matter a bit. We were cosy and had everything we needed and watched the waves crash and the wild weather all day long from the amazing big windows. The views are incredible and that’s with limited visibility so can only imagine how stunning they are on a good day! Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we’d love to return one day. Thank you so much ☺️

Amazing views, we had the pleasure of getting an amazing sunset. Appreciated the washing facilities after travelling around for a few weeks. House was clean and comfortable.

Really nice place to stay, my English work mate said it reminded him of the home he grew up in in the Billericay, England with the style, particularly the living room and kitchen.

This was a very nice place to stay. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in smooth. The space itself was clean, cozy, and felt very private—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also conveniently located close to the main road, making it easy to get to all the key spots around Nelson. Edan was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible sea view, under the window is the Kaikula Coast. It is very convenient to go to the center of Kaikura Town, the location is very good. The room is very tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the spa mode of the bathtub is also very comfortable. Highly recommended

A warm welcome from Heinz and Akiko after long day of travel. Their place was lovely and spacious with beautiful views. Had all the necessary equipment to be able to cook, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Close to mountain bike trails and trail running. A great place to stay for relaxing and making use of all of the activities close by. Thank you 🙏

Thank you Danielle & Mike, the Blue studio was perfect much like our holiday in Mapua which we consider it sort of the sweet spot to explore the region. Excellent location, clean and comfortable, would love to be back some time in the near future to see the other half of Abel Tasman park :)

Ideal for groups (5 in ours). Great character and convenience. Centrally located on flat land - no steps. Good parking. Bonus fruit and wine supplied very thoughtful. All rooms en suite plus great communal kitchen, lounge. Laundry, private courtyard.

A good spot, centrally located in Motueka. It’s not a place with frills, but it was perfect and comfortable for what we needed. You’ll hear a little noise from the tire shop out front — could hear the garage doors and setup happening around dawn. But it wasn’t too much of a racket and was brief. All in all, a good spot at a good rate. And Adrian and Dawn are super-responsive and helpful with good recs in town.

Great place with the perfect location for seeing Picton and also walkable distance to the ferry terminals. Has everything you need. Really cosy and warm! Jill was also a great communicator

what a Devine place to stay. Absolutely everything here caters for a relaxing and comfortable get away. Cosy, private, nature, jacuzzi. Great attention to detail even the towels are gorgeous. Cafe, restaurant, pub and beach only minutes to drive to . . . if you want otherwise, you can take your own food to cook with full kitchen and BBQ. We will definitely be back!, nice short drive from Nelson to get the trotters up after work on a Friday. Thank you Marie 😊

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

I highly recommend this property as it had amazing views of Malborough Sound. Sitting on the balcony was very peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of heating which made the apartment cosy. There is a hot tub on the balcony to sit in and enjoy the views. Sky TV had lots of channels which was appreciated. Would stay again.

By far, one of the best Airbnbs that we have stayed at (we’ve stayed at quite a few throughout Europe and Japan). Everything about this home is top-tier…..very modern and upgraded kitchen & bathroom, premier bedding and towels, comfortable and elegant furniture. All of the amenities are world class…..even the dishwasher, cutlery, and glassware are superb and ultra high quality. The exceptional espresso machine was a huge plus because my wife and I are avid coffee drinkers. The board games are a nice touch, and our 3 kids loved playing monopoly each day. The ocean view is iconic and amazing. Would definitely like to stay here again the next time we visit Kaikoura. Overall, this was a luxurious property, and the hosts were extremely nice and welcoming.

Coming home to a swim and a relaxing bath after such a full day of activities was exactly what we needed. Our stay at Holiday Nelson’s apartment was superb. We were met by Gabriel who was extremely friendly . She very efficiently showed us all that was necessary in regards to where to park , how to access the lovely heated pool and the facilities inside the apartment etc. The apartment was modern with everything you need for a very enjoyable comfortable stay. The outlook and location was great and the locals very friendly. We would definitely stay again if visiting Nelson.

This home is just wonderful. Very new and clean. Well furnished. Perfect for our 2 couples with a bathroom each. Hot tub available for use too. It’s about a block from a beautiful beach and a 15 minute walk to Kaiteriteri where there are a couple restaurants. It tons few minutes to find the door, but I mentioned that to Tamara so hopefully the directions will be improved. I definitely recommend this place.
