Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The Boddenbrise vacation home is located in the heart of Ribnitz-Damgarten. With approx. 90 square meters, it can accommodate 4-6 people. We have been delighted to welcome guests since August 2021. On the lower ground floor is the large living room with dining table and unique view of the Bodden, as well as a cozy sofa bed. ​ From the kitchen you come directly into the courtyard of the Boddenbrise. ​ On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and a second bathroom.

Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the basement of our house. We bought the house in mid 2018 and renovated it according to our performances. The apartment is correspondingly newly renovated and furnished. For us, the Baltic Sea was our second home for a long time and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our apartment. There is room for two in the bedroom and a cot is also available.
