Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Marmara Region

This is the third time I stay at one of Emre’s units, and like every time, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. Emre is a great, very responsive and welcoming host. The place looks exactly like the photos and very clean. Very recommended unit and looking forward to stay at one of Emre’s units for my next trip to Istanbul.

Öncelikle ev sahibi her zaman sorularıma çok hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Girişte ve çıkışta hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Ek olarak vaadilen hizmetleri kullanma noktasında (havuz vs.) yardımcı oldu. Çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşattı. Ev temizdi, manzarası muhteşemdi. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir evdi.

The location is super, the flat has beautiful direct views to Galata tower and sultanamet area beyond!!! Walkable, lively surroundings, historical streets, lots of shops and restaurants. It’s crowded but very nice. It’s the perfect location to stay in Istanbul for a few days of sightseeing. We stayed with our 3y/o child who enjoyed the area and the house very much too.

recently stayed at this apartment in Istanbul for two and a half weeks, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The quality of the apartment itself is top-notch, with all the amenities you could wish for, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated to explore the city and its attractions. What truly set this stay apart were the hosts. They were incredibly helpful and attentive. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they responded immediately, ensuring that I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Additionally, they even arranged my airport transfer at a very reasonable price, which made my travel plans hassle-free. I can't recommend staying here enough, and I look forward to booking this apartment again when I visit Istanbul next year. It's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in this vibrant city.

Le logement chez Ali était parfait, confortable, agréablement décoré, fonctionnel et très propre. Literie propre et confortable. Fidel à la description. Situé dans une rue très calme, mais très proche des quartiers animés, accessibles à pieds: 5 minutes de la Tour de Galata, 10 minutes du port de Galata (J'ai adoré, surtout à la tombé de la nuit) et 10 de Karakoy. Très bien desservie par les transports publique terrestres ou maritimes! N'oubliez pas des protecteurs auditives, le camion poubelle passe à 5h30 du matin. Je recommande vivement le logement!! Merci beaucoup

Everything is near by, the apartment is really clean and tidy. Everything was as described and the communication with Mehment was very easy since he replies very fast. He gave us some recommendations for our trip and offered help for whatever we needed. The check in and check out was really easy going- very flexibel. I sincerely recommend this apartment!

aşırı keyif aldığımız mini bir tatil oldu, çok huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik. tam kafa dinlemelik, denizin tadını çıkarabileceğiniz bir yer. ev temiz ve düzenli, ev sahibi Murat bey ise güler yüzüyle, verdiği tavsiyelerle ve istediğimiz her konuda yardımcı olmasıyla harika biriydi, ayrıca kendi hazırladığı balıkları da es geçemeyeceğim.. lezizdi :) kesinlikle tekrar gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir ev oldu bizim için, her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Ev sahibi çok cana yakın bir insandı aynı belirtildiği gibi herşey çok güzeldi daire tertemizdi kendimi evimde gibi hissettim tekrar gelişimde yine kesinlikle tercih edicem.

Nuri Bey bizi çok güzel karşıladı. Ev tertemiz ve düzenliydi. İstediğimiz zaman Nuri Bey'e ulaşabildik. Çok konforlu bir konaklama oldu. Teşekkürler.

Title: Wonderful Stay, Fantastic Host! I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

For anyone arriving by car, I definitely recommend the property since there is a secure parking garage under the building. I will note, though, that navigating the parking garage is a bit tight. If you're in a large SUV you might find it a bit challenging. You should have zero issues in any 'normal' airport rental though. Beyond that, Taksim Square is just a short walk away, small markets for fruit and vegetables, and Istiklal with all of its shopping and such.

Ev sahibi Busra Hanim da gercekten cok nazik cok ilgiliydi her konuda cok yardimci oldu. Tekrardan cok tesekkur ediyorum kendisine :)

Metrobüs ve metroya yürüme mesafesinde 1-2 kişi için gayet uygun bir daire. İlk kat mini avm, süpermarket ve muhtelif restoranlar mevcut. Hatta daireye aşağıdaki cafeden kahve dahi söylenebiliyor. Otoparkın kullanımına izin verilmesi güzeldi. Ev sahibi sorulara hızlı dönüş yapıyor. Anadolu yakasında merkezi bir lokasyonda kalmayı tercih edenlere tavsiye ederim.
