Ci siamo trovati veramente bene nell'alloggio di Attilio, tutto come da descrizione, bello e pulito, ci torneremo sicuramente!

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Gospodarze to przemili ludzie i byli bardzo pomocni ze wszystkimi wskazówkami co warto zwiedzić i jak tam dojechać. W mieszkaniu czuliśmy się jak u siebie. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i zadbane, dużym plusem były dwa balkony i dostępne leżaki. Było to jedno z lepiej wyposażonych mieszkań w jakich byliśmy, nie brakowało niczego - w kuchni oprócz garnków talerzy czy sztućców były również podstawowe przyprawy, kawa i herbata. W kuchni i łazience była dostępna potrzebna chemia gospodarcza, a łazienka była też wyposażona w kosmetyki. Lokalizacja tuż nad supermarketem to strzał w dziesiątkę, oprócz tego mieliśmy blisko do dworca kolejowego i dużego przystanku autobusowego więc było łatwo poruszać się po okolicy. Bardzo miło zaskoczył nas fakt że mogliśmy się później wymeldować w dniu wyjazdu. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce na pobyt! 😊

Simone e Silvia sono stati gentilissimi. Sono venuti a prenderci alla stazione quando siamo arrivati e ci hanno portato alla fine del soggiorno. La proprietà è molto bene arredata e non ci è mancato proprio niente. È fortemente racomandata. Ritorneremo volentieri.

Neue sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolle Lage am Strand

Il Sig Roberto si è dimostrato disponibile,gentile e flessibile negli orari di check-in e chech-out, la comunicazione è stata semplice e veloce tramite numero di cellulare via chat. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'alloggio corrispondente alla descrizione, curata nei minimi dettagli in stile rustico con all'interno un arredamento particolare con cimeli di una vita passata, semplice e funzionale, situata in una zona tranquilla vicino a al centro storico di Piagge molto carino anche per fare una passeggiata col cane. Abbiamo anche apprezzato le sorprese di banvenuto della casa una buonissima colomba con kit per le unghie da viaggio(per la sigrnora) , brioches per la colazione e vari snak nel frigor. La zona è abbastanza servita di fianco all'alloggio si può trovare una buonissima pizzeria e poco più avanti c'è un pratico bar tabacchi con farmacia di fianco consigliatissimo.

Siamo stati qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Yuri e ci siamo trovati benissimo, è stato un dispiacere solo dover andare via! La casina è adatta a tre persone, la cucina attrezzata, il bagno pulito e dotato di biancheria di ricambio. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma non se ne è sentito la mancanza, nonostante il caldo di agosto. L’accesso alla spiaggia libera è comodissimo e di fronte a casa. Yuri si è dimostrato super disponibile fin da subito e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su spiagge, posti da visitare e indicazioni sulle attività limitrofe. Ci ha lasciato a disposizione anche due biciclette, utilissime per piccoli spostamenti! Ho apprezzato molto anche il consiglio sulla tartare di tonno (speciale!) che fanno nel ristorante che è proprio accanto all’abitazione! Speriamo di poter tornare il prossimo anno!

Enrico war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Nachrichten hat er super schnell reagiert. Er ist außerdem sehr zuvorkommend gewesen, wir waren sehr glücklich :) Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigeren Gegend und trotzdem ist der Strand und andere Läden schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl und auch sicher gefühlt und würden ihn auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank 🤩

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, appartamento molto pulito, letti comodi, Wi-Fi velocissimo, molto vicino al centro che si raggiunge comodamente a piedi, circa 10 minuti, parcheggio sempre libero davanti la casa. A pochi passi si trova la bellissima Abbazia di Santa Maria in Castagnola, architettonico romanico ma all’interno di stile gotico, molto ben conservata. Vale la pena visitarla. Più che positivo!

Fünf Sterne für diese extrem saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir haben es als sehr großzügig empfunden, dass vieles, das wir dachten einkaufen zu müssen (z. B. Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee) schon vorhanden war. Außerdem gab es angenehm viel Schrankplatz und eine sehr effektiv arbeitende Klimaanlage. Zehn Sterne (schade, dass das nicht geht) für Robertas herzliche und jederzeit über das Erwartbare hinausgehende Betreuung ihrer Gäste! Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in einem quirligen, multi-ethnischen Stadtviertel. Sie liegt an einer schattigen Allee mit breitem Fußgänger-Areal in der Mitte. Wie auch schon andere Gäste hier berichteten, haben wir uns auch nachts sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat tatsächlich eine attraktive Lage: Ganz genau gegenüber ein riesiger COOP-Supermarkt, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und einen kleinen Busbahnhof 'um die Ecke'. So ist man in Minuten in allen Ecken der Stadt. Das ist super günstig: Ein Wochen-Ticket für zwei Personen kostet nur 12 €.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole da Alberto. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità. L’appartamento è arredato con cura, moderno e funzionale, dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la pulizia impeccabile e il parcheggio privato all'ombra, sotto alla palazzina. Un soggiorno confortevole che consigliamo vivamente!

abbiamo soggiornato qui per una piccola vacanza di relax con la nostra cagnolina Kora, Francesco e Pamida si sono mostrati fin da subito molto gentili e amichevoli anche con la nostra cagnolina!! sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno, anche nel darci indicazioni su posti da visitare e nel fornirci indicazioni su bar e ristoranti ottimi in zona. la casa era pulita, con un bel terrazzo grande, e attrezzata con ogni comfort!vicinissimo al mare e a tutte le strutture di cui avevamo bisogno! praticamente l' auto non l abbiamo mai usata! che dire... ci hanno fatto sentire a casa!! grazie!!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Angela e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi, la casa si trova a ridosso della spiaggia, piacevole anche fuori stagione

Tolle Ferienwohnung mitten in den Marken. Meer, Berge, schöne Städtchen und Burgen, alles in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, es sind noch weitere Einheiten im Gebäude, von denen wir aber nichts mitbekommen habe. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, gute moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine. Die Betten waren recht hart aber ok. Das einzige was uns gestört hart waren die nistendem Vögel unter dem Dach - die frisch geschlüpften Küken wurden ununterbrochen mit aufgeregtem Getrappel versorgt. Aber irgendwie ja auch ganz süß und so ist es eben auf einem alten Bauerhof.

Laura und Alessandro sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Absolut ruhig, mit tollen Ausblick. Meine Kinder haben vor allem den Pool geliebt.
