apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

The hosts are very nice people and were very helpful with all the tips on what to visit and how to get there. We felt at home in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, a big plus were two balconies and available deckchairs. It was one of the better equipped apartments we have been to, nothing was missing - in the kitchen, apart from pots, plates or cutlery, there were also basic spices, coffee and tea. The necessary household chemicals were available in the kitchen and bathroom, and the bathroom was also equipped with cosmetics. The location just above the supermarket is a hit, in addition, we were close to the train station and a large bus stop so it was easy to get around the area. We were very pleasantly surprised by the fact that we could check out later on the day of departure. We highly recommend this place to stay! 😊

Simone and Silvia were very kind. They came to pick us up at the station when we arrived and took us to the end of the stay. The property is very well furnished and we didn't miss anything. It's highly recommended. We'll be back.

New very nice place, great location on the beach

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful place. Very clean and great location.

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

The stay was very pleasant, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very fast Wi-Fi, very close to the center that can be reached comfortably on foot, about 10 minutes, always free parking in front of the house. A few steps away is the beautiful Abbey of Santa Maria in Castagnola, an architectural Romanesque but within Gothic style, very well preserved. It's worth a visit. More than positive!

A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we only stayed one night due to a ferry cancellation, so we didn't explore the area as much as intended. However we had a very comfortable night and managed to fit in lots of the older sights of Ancona

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

We had a really pleasant stay at Alberto's. Since our arrival, we have been greeted with great cordiality and helpfulness. The apartment is carefully furnished, modern and functional, equipped with everything you need to feel at ease. We particularly appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and the private parking in the shade, under the building. A comfortable stay that we highly recommend!

we stayed here for a small relaxing vacation with our dog Kora, Francesco and Pamide were immediately very kind and friendly even with our dog!! Always ready to respond to our every need during our stay, also in giving us directions on places to visit and in providing us with directions to great bars and restaurants in the area. The house was clean, with a nice large terrace, and equipped with every comfort!Very close to the sea and all the facilities we needed! We practically never used the car! What to say... they made us feel at home!! Thank you!!!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.
