The apartment is located on the edge of the Teutoburg Forest between Kassel and Paderborn and is well suited for hikers, families and cyclists. Both the Diemel bike path (approx. 10 minutes by bike) and the Eggeweg are very close. The drive to the ski resort in Willingen takes approx. 45 minutes, to Lake Eder about 50 minutes. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with roof terrace.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
