Apartment holiday rentals in Martin

The apartment was as described, it had all things necessary. It's centrally located, near to public transport and walking distance to downtown. I stayed with my young little son, it could also be comfortable for a couple or a single traveller. The apartment has all necessary kitchen items for cooking, TV set with netflix, comfortable shower and washing machine. Lucia was proactive in her communication and quick to respond to any messages from me.

It was a very great stay and nothing was missing. Can only recommend it.

I liked the amenities, there was even coffee and card games. The kitchen is also perfect for preparing a dinner. The space is well spent with a bed in the gallery. And there is an elevator, so it's easier to pull up. My partner was very satisfied with the cleanliness 🙂

We highly recommend staying at Eva's place. The apartment was impeccably clean and fully equipped. Very good contact with the owner, who was incredibly polite and always available. ☺️The check-in went very smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place 😍

the flat was great, just what we were after. modern, clean, functional & enough space for us all. the location was ideal, just set back ever so slightly from the centre, a short walk to everything. our sat nav didn't seem to send us to correct place though, so we had to use the photo to try to find the bounding visually...the only issue. the hosts were very helpful & quick in responding.

The apartment is very comfortable for a 2+2 family, it will work freely for 2+3 or even 2+4. Very nicely decorated apartment with many amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, spacious glass balcony). I think the only thing missing is a microwave. Parking spots all the way around. The host is very kind, she speaks great English, but of course you can try Polish-Slovak. In general, a great place! The biggest drawback is the same city - Martin is definitely not a tourist city. Yes, you can eat or shop, but the attractions in the city are very limited. Actually a bit of monuments and museums, rope park, promenade. However, you can have a car in a reasonable time - 20-60 minutes - to get to Zilina (there is now a renovation of the road and it is more difficult), a small and big fatra, and several castles (we recommend). As a base, it's great. And the price compensates for the need for longer routes by car.

Viera was a kind host. She was always available when we needed something during our 2-night stay. She helped us warm up the sauna and also cooked a delicious dinner for us. The apartment was very quiet and warm (several heaters). Patrik who communicated with me before arrival gave us many helpful tips, such as where to rent ski equipment. At the guesthouse restaurant, it is not possible to pay by card (at least when we were there in March), so it's better to have some cash (bank transfer is also possible). We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to our next visit! Note: if you're coming by public transport: the guesthouse is about a 30-minute leisurely walk from the bus stop. There are (affordable) taxis in the parking lot nearby the bus stop.

We were very satisfied. Photos are accurate. The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped. Close to the center, restaurants, about 5 min. walk. Clear self check in/out instructions. The description of the apartment on the airbnb site is not complete. The apartment offers much more than listed: there is heating, hot water, basic amenities (towels, bed linen, soap, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, .....). There are also supplies for staying with young children: travel cot, feeding chair.... The flat is on the 4th floor without elevator. We still had a place to park but there is a charge for parking except for weekends and holidays. The local occupancy tax (2€/day/ person) is not part of the payment, it needs to be additionally paid.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location—just a 3-minute walk to the slopes. The host was very helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our family of five including little 2yr old baby have had a great winter ski season here. Apartment is just 100m from ski lift station, easy to walk, so close to carry skis and gear. It is also not exposed to the restaurant down the street which makes this place quite and unique. Ski room is available downstairs. Good option in this resort.

Staying at Miloš in Špania Dolina was a true pleasure, and I wish we can come there again one day. The accomodation has a great location on the hill underneath the old church, and the hist provided lot of valuable information and gave us a nice walk around the neighbourhood. It was very pictoresque and we could also use the hot tub for a small fee. The cabin was clean and well equipped, including a nice coffee machine and functional kitchen. I can highly recommend staying there. (-:

Great house with beautiful view. Very clean and comfortable

We were very pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was absolutely great, we reached the ski slope right in the buzzer. Look for a beautiful lake, yet quiet. We felt really at home, slept like babies. It was amazingly the interior of the garage and the place on the skis. The host's instructions were accurate and the responses were very quick. We were a family with two children and we had a very nice winter vacation. Definitely not the last time we were here.
