The cottage is located near the Belez Hotel under Kubinska Hoľa (10 min by car) in the small cottage area of Beňova Lehota. A dirt road leads to the cottage. The parking lot is located at the cottage or you can leave the car at the Belez hotel (10 min walk) 10€ per stay, it is necessary to report the license plate. Suitable for 4X4 and SUV vehicles!

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

Nechajte sa uniesť jednoduchosťou tohto pokojného a centrálne umiestneného bývania vzdialeného len pár minút od vlakovej a autobusovej stanice. Je vzdialený len kúsok od Hlinkového námesia a v pešej dostupnosti k Mariánskemu námestiu, Bulváru, či parku s najpopulárnejšou kaviarňou v meste. V blízkej dostupnosti sú dve najvačšie nákupné centrá, divadlo, aj známe žilinské reštraurácie. Všetok mestský život je dostupný na pešo.

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
