A bakery café & a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the Main Ferry Nixe in about 10 minutes. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Rothenburg, Würzburg, Dinkelsbühl, and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15h.

The apartment includes a cozy living area, a double bedroom and another with a loft bed. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
