Holiday rentals with a patio in Maryland

This was the perfect spot for my week of classes at SUNY Delhi! It was a five minute drive to campus and a walkable distance to the restaurants and spots in town. The space was clean and quiet.

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

We had such a wonderful stay at this location just outside of Cooperstown! The space was cozy, clean, and well decorated—perfect for relaxing after long days of watching baseball . The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 4 min drive All Star Village and to other Cooperstown attractions, including the Hall of Fame. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this charming spot to anyone visiting the area—we’d definitely come back!

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful quaint lodge right next to Belleayre Mountain with unique rooms and peaceful surroundings. Shower and bed were both incredible, exceeding expectations and made the stay that much better. Loved our room and the curated vibe. Host Daniel and his wife provide clear precise instructions that are easy to follow and reasonable. Would definitely consider staying again if we are coming back to the area!! :)

Jeremy was able to confirm my booking at the last minute when our original accommodation plans fell through. The verification and check in process was very easy and the place was clean. This was our second stay at Sal's place and it never disappoints. It had plenty of space for all the toddler stuff we travel with and it's pretty toddler proof. We took a fishing pole and entertained my grandson at the pond for a while. We're looking forward to staying here again next time we visit the Delhi area.

Beautiful home for a super affordable price, short drive into town and under an hour drive to cooperstown. Veronica was a great host answered any questions promptly and check in was super easy. 10/10 stay, favorite part was the patio out back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marilyn’s place! The house was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location is perfect for exploring the Catskills. The surroundings are so peaceful and we enjoyed watching fireflies at night from the front porch. The views are absolutely beautiful!

Elizabeth’s cottage is the perfect home base to explore everything in the Catskills, especially many of the hiking trails. The Urban Cowboy Lodge is essentially next door and offers a great restaurant for dinner and drinks without having to travel into one of the nearby towns. The cottage is also really a unique space with an eclectic mid-century vibe. Definitely will stay here again.

My family loved our stay in Stamford. Our family of 5 (including an 8 month old baby) were very comfortable and cozy here! My husband and I are upstate natives, so we knew what to expect from the area. Nicole was very helpful and communicative. Even after we had an issue arise, she coordinated and problem solved very efficiently. We would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home while our son played baseball in All Star Village. Our hosts gave us clear instructions prior to our arrival and the home was well appointed. They took the time to think of what travelers would need and it showed. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen were appreciated! The home is very rural/remote with lush green trees and grasses surrounding. It was lovely to listen to the passing creek. We saw plenty of wildlife including deer, rabbit, turkeys, skunk and lightening bugs. I would highly recommend this home to a small family who wants a quiet respite to return to after a full day out exploring or at the baseball fields.

Bills place is great. Perfect for a peaceful getaway on the water by yourself or with a small group.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The house is absolutely amazing – beautiful, cozy, tastefully designed, and by far the most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the fully stocked kitchen to all the extras that make the stay so comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer any questions we had. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
