Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

I dedicated a year to reclaiming this structure from a mill previously located near Seattle that was set to be demolished to make room for high density housing. Not only did I wish to save this building, I wanted to create a peaceful and romantic place where lasting memories would be made. As the cities grow, I believe special places like this become more important.
