We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Staying at Andrea's house was a simply fantastic experience, from the communication before arrival to the availability at every single moment of the stay. The house is in a quiet area, easy to reach by car, and the guaranteed parking is a plus. Don't underestimate it! The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you need and more, Andrea gave us valuable advice on places to eat and we will definitely keep it for the future

This is a spacious airbnb with a wonderful view of Mt Etna. 5 minute drive to the local jeep tours of Mt Etna. Local grocery store just down the street. Comfortable beds. Would definitely come stay here again next time we visit and bring more family to enjoy the space and view!

Francesca's accommodation was very clean. It is particularly well located for hiking on Etna (30 mins from the meeting point with our guide), difficult to find closer. An inn is located directly across the street and the dishes are tasty. A grocery store is also close by.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mascalucia and wished we stayed longer. The team was so sweet! Aurelio is the best and even surprised us with a traditional granita breakfast and arancini snacks. Their hospitality is unmatched. We absolutely loved the villa, the tranquility of the private garden in the back (with kumquats and lemons we could enjoy), the gorgeous pool area, multiple terraces for meals, and the games room! The town is also conveniently located, an easy distance from Catania airport and super close to Etna explorations. We used it as a great base to see Syracuse, Taormina, Etna, and Catania. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all our friends.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Apartment completely as described! Jane was a fabulous host, very helpful and extremely responsive when we messaged to ask questions or get recommendations. Really close to the beach (but be prepared there are lots of steps) the apartment is in a great location easy walk to the cable car. Stunning views from the apartment balcony, road below a little busy but when we stopped the main motorway had been re-routed along the coastal road so I think this made it far busier than usual however this in no way spoiled our stay

Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Flavio's accommodation was great. Large apartment with all amenities, nice terrace and great privacy. Parking was possible in a closed yard 30m from the apartment. Great and quiet location both to the airport and to the center (20-30min by car). With thanks M+M.

Excellent host, we gave useful details of tourist places, restaurants, etc. The accommodation is as described, comfortable, spacious, clean, tidy and can be reached by walking to places of interest and means of transport

Had a wonderful stay, perfect!

I stayed at Francesca's place for a week. The house is in a perfect location, very close to lidl, supermarkets and shopping centers. Just 10 minutes by car from the center of Catania (for the type of trip I had in mind it was a perfect house) plus it is slightly raised on a hill, and on the warm days of August we had the pleasure of breathing some fresh air! 15 minutes from the house are also beautiful sea areas (such as "the caves of Ulysses"). Francesca is very helpful and open to dialogue! Overall a positive experience!!

Excellent Our stay at Daniela’s place was truly great. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and clean, we found everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the terrace. Communication with Daniela was always very easy and quick — she responded immediately and fulfilled all our requests. The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is not the most beautiful one — we hadn’t looked into it beforehand — but since the apartment was in a private, gated street that was very quiet, and we had a car that allowed us to get around easily, it didn’t bother us at all.

Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe Matteo’s Airbnb in Catania. Check-in was smooth, and he was very responsive throughout. The room is really really cozy, with great design and an amazing view - especially at sunrise! The location is perfect: right next to the famous market and evening restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet. We even had the pleasure of meeting Giuseppe at check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities.
