Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

3.5 room apartment (ground floor) in a quiet location

Our 3.5-room apartment is quietly located in Summaprada near Cazis, nestled between mountains and nature. The location is ideal as a starting point for nearby and well-known skiing and hiking areas in Graubünden. In the garden we have a small children's playground, and larger ones are also accessible on foot. In Thusis there is a beautiful and family-friendly forest outdoor pool. The apartment has space for about 6 people. The location is perfect for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers alike.

A very extensively renovated knight's hall apartment grants a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. The heart of the apartment is the new fully equipped kitchen within the Knight’s Hall (78 m 2). Uniquely, The huge fireplace and the baroque stucco work come from the 18th century dominates the rear wall of the Knight’s Hall apartment. The spacious bathroom (19 m 2) and the bedroom (23 m 2) were also freshened up in 2018. In addition to the outdoor seating area, a parking space is available.

It can accommodate a maximum of 12 people (6 bedrooms, 2 beds 180 cm, 2 beds 160 cm, 1 bed 140 cm, bunk bed with pull-out option) 1 garage + parking space in front of the garage. Within walking distance (about 300 meters) there are free permanent parking spaces. There are many hiking and biking opportunities. In 30 minutes you can reach Laax, Davos, Lenzerheide, or in 2 hours you can be in Ticino.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. The bathroom and kitchen were completely remodeled in the summer of 2023. It offers stylish furnishings with two box spring double beds. In the kitchen area, the soapstone oven provides cozy hours. The garden and the view over the valley are hard to beat in uniqueness. Portein is in a sunny location in the magnificent hiking area and with many attractions such as the Viamala or the alpine town of Chur.
