We had a great stay and the home was beautiful. Host was fantastic and responsive. Everything was extremely clean and very spacious. We would definitely come back!

My family and I selected Ellie’s house for fall break. We were seeking a destination that would help us recharge, relax and recoup. The setting of this home is so beautiful and relaxing. The back patio is perched above the picturesque Lake Hamlin. The house is equipped with many windows to help you enjoy the view from inside as well. We found just what we were looking for. I must give Ellie the highest compliment possible for her care, responsiveness, and friendliness. We had all needs met and she communicated very well before and during our stay. We would like to come back again someday! My family gives this home a 5/5.

If you’re looking to get away from it all, this is the perfect opportunity. This cottage will allow you to enjoy a no stress vacation. We had 7 over 60 women in in our group. It is a large place with tons of beds. All stairs had railings on them. Bathrooms did not have railings which made it difficult for some of us. Also there was no outside lighting which made it difficult for some of us. The lake was nice to swim in and the large umbrella near the beach was very nice to have. We enjoyed a beautiful campfire. Al in all it’s a perfect place for a vacation but might need a few tweaks for seniors 😀

We absolutely loved Jeffrey's house. It was 3 minutes from House of Flavors & Ludington State beach. The house was spotless & so cozy. The hot tub was so relaxing & a great add to an already perfect house. Jeffrey was also quick to answer any questions we had. Could not of asked for a better place to stay in Ludington. Also the deer walking around the front yard were amazing. We loved watching them every day.

We were super impressed with the living space. We slept 6 people very comfortably. Lots of unexpected touches in the house that made us feel like home. We enjoyed it very much!

My kids loved the place. The bunked beds as well as playroom. The house was amazing!

David’s rental was the perfect place for our yearly family vacation, consisting of 7 adults and 3 children. The house was as described. It was very clean, and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. I especially liked how large the fridge was. Three bathrooms were great to have with a large group. We spent a lot of time at the beach, playing and canoeing. Whenever I had a question, David answered promptly. He even offered to mail something to me that was left behind when we left. I could tell David and his wife took pride in their house. If you’re thinking of renting there, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it!

This was our second stay at this location. We love staying here for the spacious rooms, close proximity to family living in Ludington, and kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, etc...

Nice place, close walk to downtown , and also close to marinas and lakefront. Also they allow dogs, huge plus.

Wish it were available during the winter months. Great location in downtown Scottville. It had all the amenities we needed.

As always the place is beautiful , clean and well managed. Ben is communicative and friendly as well as the staff that help out. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach with easy access to food, parks and the outdoors this is the place.

What can I say. The whole experience was great. The location is awesome. The place was spotless and had everything you needed to feel right at home. The owners are awesome and extremely easy to work with. I 100% will be staying again.

We were originally supposed to been here two weeks before. My wife became ill three days before we were to leave and Melissa worked with us to find alternative dates. A fantastic host and very friendly. The space has everything you need and more. The town and the coast, extremely charming. Fall of the year, beautiful! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay along the coast of Michigan. You can see the water from the window and walk two streets to the beach, simply cannot say enough about the house and the area where we are staying.

Spotless and luxurious accommodation. The space is very large and nicer in-person than the photos display. Beds so comfy, everything very updated and beautiful. Huge kitchen and dining area. The wraparound porch and backyard fire pit were wonderful bonuses! So many deer to watch roaming through the cute neighborhood! Highly recommended, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Troy's place was amazing! It was very comfortable, stayed cool at night, very roomy, plenty of tvs, had an amazing fireplace, it's secluded, it was everything we were looking for! Troy was super awesome and answered any questions we had, and gave us fishing advice!

great location, everything you would need is there. perfect stay

My family stayed at the lofts during the Gus Macker tournament. There was plenty of room for our family of four and grandparents to stay. The location is perfect because it is both walkable to the tournament and located downtown. Aidan was a very responsive host. He was friendly and took care of any needs that arose during our three night stay. Next time we are in Ludington, we will be staying at the Harrington Lofts.

Excellent stay for our family. We try to visit family in Ludington on the Fourth of July every so often and this was a wonderful location. Rachel and the co-hosts were very responsive. Our family had a wonderful stay and from our experience in the area I can say that it was good value as well as Ludington gets very over priced and crowded on the Fourth of July, whereas Hamlin is more peaceful and comfortable. The condo was spacious and nicely furnished. It’s a little hard to get a three level to be the most comfortable temperature for everyone but that is just a problem for any three level structure. Plenty of kayaks and paddle boards for amusement and the teepee with the fire pit was nice as well. We would happily stay again if they would have us.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was super simple with the check-in and the place was just as advertised with beautiful views of the water and the Badger. We have already asked if we could come back another time next summer! Easy walk to the lake and downtown. We loved it!

We stayed with another couple at these lofts and had a great time. The bedrooms back up against each other but we could hear each other while in the rooms. The living space is echo-y but that didn’t bother us. Everything else was comfortable and clean. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great location to a very walkable downtown. Close to the beach too! Aidan was great to work with.

Easy registration; unit as simple to enter as home; host and co-hosts friendly and neighborly; unit as shown if not better; well stocked for preparing and cooking; nice beds and bathrooms; wood floors throughout; nice windows with lake view; nice and serene grounds with best kayak launch I have ever seen - anyone could get in and kayak - seriously. I would easily recommend to a friend without reservation.

Julie was a great host. Very responsive. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful. Huge front deck with amazing views of the marina, lake and sunsets. Right in the heart of Ludington’s action with all restaurants and breweries 1/2 block away. Quiet, peaceful and an amazing retreat. Thank you Julie! Hope to stay with you again.

This is a delightful place to stay. The condo was clean, quiet, and the porch was lovely with direct views of the Badger ferry, the children's playground, and sculpture park right below us! Melissa and team did a great job walking us through garage and door access, and garbage removal. Every amenity was provided; from soap and shampoo to garbage bags and tin foil! Melissa made several suggestions for places to eat and it was great every time. I definitely recommend this condo!
