This property is very private with no other B&Bs on the property. No noise at night other than nature. Very dark nights so stars are incredible. Great sunrises and sunsets. It’s the ideal vacation if you're looking to get to nature while still being minutes from Historical Fredericksburg. Outside: Wood fire pit, gas fire pit if too windy to light a fire. Hammock, glider chairs, streamer lights table and chairs, deer feeder. Great for Birthdays, anniversary, getting kids outside or some R&R
