Interested in the “tiny house” concept? This one is located out in the country about 8 mi from Fredericksburg, and is best suited for the young (or at least agile). You will have to be able to climb stairs to get into the house & then climb a ladder up to the bed (see photos). Limited amenities: NO CABLE & NO Wi-Fi, but there is a TV & DVD player. There are wide open spaces, sunrises, sunsets, starry nights & a fire ring. No urban scene here, you will be sharing the property with cattle & sheep.
