Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Masovian Voivodeship

The apartment is great, very nice renovation, everything is perfectly washed, very high-quality furniture, which is rare for the apartment. A lot of dishes, there is everything you need for cooking. The location is perfect, walking distance from the American Embassy. Not far from the Stalinist high-rise, we really liked everything. The only disadvantage, but not to the host, but directly to the building is poor noise insulation. Sometimes it felt like we had a dog barking in the apartment or someone moving something from above. Thank you Eva for your generosity! We asked for a much earlier check-in and slightly postpone the eviction - in both cases, Eva made a concession and very kindly agreed at no additional cost. We will definitely contact this apartment every time we are in Warsaw. I really liked it! Homey environment. The apartment complemented pleasant emotions from the city, and the sun shone all week and it was +7 (January).

The stay could not have been better the apartment was very private, quiet, safe and secure. The host Krzysztof was very courteous, friendly and helpful and was available if any problems arose.

Great apartment with soul. Huge terrace. Shops and pharmacy nearby. Even though it's not downtown, it's easy and quick to get to by transit (trains and buses). Recommended! :)

Very nice apartment with equipped kitchen and quiet surroundings. I was delighted with the candy to the tea and eggs in the fridge :-)

It was great. Artur allowed us to come in apartman earlier so we was very happy. In apartman I felt like in home :)

Authentic house. Beautiful place. The only bad thing was the bathroom was extremely small and the items were very old. But it wasn't a problem. Patricia was quick to answer every question we had.

It’s a great place to stay if you want to see both the old and new sides of Warsaw. It had everything you’d need.

Sebastian is busy hand crafting his own little Garden of Eden on the Polish countryside just outside of Warsaw. 🌲☀️🌲 The location is in a peaceful area with all the modern comforts you need. Despite the modernized building, everything feels very welcoming and cozy and you can see Sebastian's eye for detail in everything. It's a perfect place for a couple, a family or a group gathering, whether for one night or much longer. We really enjoyed falling asleep under the stars (you will know what I mean when you stay here ;-)... Sebastian is a very kind and helpful host who takes the time for you. He even took our 4 year old daughter to see the horses! Very much recommended! Thank you Sebastian! 😊👍

Stayed as planned, home in great condition, host friendly and available at any time

Great big house, very well equipped - huge couch, fireplace, projector, very good internet, vinyl player with cool collection, two coffee makers, big kitchen, grill, fire pit. Just everything we needed. A huge plot, located almost in a forest with a gate straight into the forest. Contacting your host is exemplary. Paula made it very easy for us to move into the home, showed us the entire place, and was on the phone if you had any questions. From the places on airbnb in Poland where I went to, this home was by far the coolest. We'll be back!!!! ;)

We had a great stay at the cottage! The host was very helpful and responsive, answering any questions, we got a variety of helpful tips and recommendations about the place and the neighborhood, flexible check-in and checkout times. The cottage was beautiful and atmospheric, a large living room and kitchen, very well equipped with everything you need, a wonderful terrace with a large table and outdoor chairs, perfect for morning coffee. The cottage has board games, garden games (badminton, etc.), bikes, a grill, and a fire pit. We also had a projector. Quiet, nature, privacy. A thick garden connecting to the forest. Not far (10 min by car) there is a water lagoon with kayaks, pedal boats, beach, etc. A great place for a peaceful getaway with family or friends. Highly recommend!!

Had a great stay — highly recommend! The projector was a fantastic touch that made evenings feel like a cozy home cinema. Kamil was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.

The place was a perfect one night stop on our road trip in Northern Poland. A very nice and clean house. I almost feel bad that we didn't have more time to stay there and try the possible activities on the surrounding areas and also to enjoy the peace and quietness of the property.

Very nice cottage in a picturesque place, well-equipped, nice backyard with parking space. The entrance to the property is quite steep, which is normal in this area but important with a low car.

Despite being winter, the warm atmosphere made the place feel cozy and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tomasz’s parents, whose kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special. They were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The house exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully decorated with vintage pieces from the 1970s, and full of entertainment options. It was the perfect place to both unwind and have fun, whether we were relaxing in the Jacuzzi and sauna or exploring the themed room and playroom. It was a truly wonderful stay!

Daniel's place was lovely inside. Very clean and comfortable and looks exactly like the photos. We were able to check in early and had the option to check out later with no extra fee. Local recommendations for restaurants were great. Very responsive host and will definitely stay again when visiting Warsaw

This is a very central Warsaw apartment. Very easy public transport access and lots of shops and cafes right on your doorstep. Two rooms make it ideal for a couple who appreciate a bit of privacy. It’s surprisingly quiet given it’s on a major road because it faces a large green courtyard. The communal access is not the most luxurious as is the case in most Warsaw apartment buildings but once inside it’s stylish, comfortable and well equipped. It was very easy to communicate with the host so we felt very relaxed. Would definitely consider staying here again. Ps. Loved the ceiling fans during a few hot days/nights. And great ice cream parlour downstairs too!
