Perfect . Immaculate, tasteful & clean. We enjoyed walking to the local beaches & restaurants. Very easy to catch a bus further afield ( Porto Mogan ) cost 1.75 euro. Local SPAR shop fantastic - everything you need . Sun all day on front patio from 11am until those stunning sun sets . The steps to the beach are a challenge - but we were running them several times a day because we can.The apartment has an nespresso coffee machine , SMEG kettle. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Plus hair dryer Everything looked new.

Modern, clean apartment, with everything you need to have a good stay. It is in a quiet area, with plenty of parking. The pool areas are great, it's a community of owners so it's pretty quiet and controlled. Javier is an attentive host at all times and very kind. Everything was so well organized and explained that we didn't have to bother him.

A beautiful apartment with a fantastic view directly of the beach and the sea. The accommodation is beautifully furnished, has everything you need. We felt right at home. The location is great, the beach is within reach. There are some good restaurants and shopping opportunities in the area. I can only recommend the place.

We stayed one week and it was amazing. The location is perfect, maybe the best in the island and the view from the balcony is breathtaking!!! We loved this house and if you’re looking for a perfect Airbnb house this is for you!

The accommodation offers a great terrace with a view and a shady dining area. The beds are comfortable, the furnishings are mostly new and tasteful. We stayed there for 5 nights and felt very much at home. We liked to use the communal pool, where we were always alone. The beaches are easy to reach, as well as a restaurant, otherwise you definitely need a car to get to know the beauties of the island. Compared to the large neighboring towns, it is probably rather quiet, but the whole area is very touristy, if you have been in the north or in the mountains before.

Great location, walking distance to town centre and beach so it’s perfect. Apartment is clean and has everything. Great having a shop on the grounds.

Honestly can't say enough about Carlos's place. The location is perfect, relatively tranquil for a hot-spot and walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Carlos was a gent start to finish and made the whole thing very easy too. We will look to go back.

We loved staying here! The apartment is newly renovated, clean, and comes with all the amenities we needed (washing machine , kitchen, coffee maker, AC, fast internet). The location is also great with lots of restaurants around and the beach not too far away. Gunilla was always quick to respond to our questions and a pleasure to communicate with :) We would recommend this place and book it again in the future! :)

The accommodation is located in a great area. It is very quiet and peaceful at night, and everything is within walking distance. The apartment is 100% worth its price. The pool and the area around the house are always clean and tidy, it is clear that people enjoy their work. The owner was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely one of the best options on the island.

This flat is such a lovely spot ! walking distance to Yumbo, surrounded by shops that you could get most things needed, 10mins walking distance to lidl too. The host was so kind to let us check in at 12:00 and waited for us to handover the keys and explained everything! Super friendly super nice! The flat is very clean and the broadband is super fast fibre!! Definitely recommend and we'd be more than happy to stay again! 🙏🤝🌞

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Thank you, Evelyn, for your warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We had an amazing stay at Beates place. It is officially the best stay we ever had. The flat is equipped with everything you need. Balcony is great plus tho the flat. Instructions which we got from Beate were more than clear. Everything you need is on a walking distance: shops, restaurants, famous Jumbo centre, beach, bus stops.. absolutely everything. Whenever we come back again to Maspalomas, Beates place will be our first option. Absolutely all recommendation for this place.

Great apartment with beautiful furnishings and perfect location The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – everything was as expected. The kitchen is well equipped, and the balcony is simply fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The pool is very clean, and there were always plenty of loungers available. A small note: In the bedroom, you can hear the music from the neighboring restaurant in the evening until about midnight. Personally, this did not bother me, but it could be relevant for sensitive sleepers. The associated parking lot is somewhat impractical, as a street sign makes parking difficult. In the street itself, however, you can usually find a free space without any problems. The location is almost perfect for me: beaches, supermarkets and - especially important for me - a gym are all within easy reach. The WiFi speed was also excellent. I was able to work remotely without any problems. I would definitely recommend the apartment!

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

Apartment at the top very clean modern new there is nothing missing, María is a real jewel, pleasant, friendly, always responsive. The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment it is superb, there is a 10-minute walk away everything you need in small shops, restaurants etc., 15 minutes by car from Palma and 30 minutes max from the tourist area (Maspalomas, meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc.) In short, there is really nothing to say about this apartment there is simply a beautiful roof terrace with views of the phenomenal sea. Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

Our vacation at Paula's was great! The accommodation is super clean, the terrace large with a parasol and grill and sunny all day 🌞 Paula is very accommodating and happy to give tips. We can recommend Tauro beach, which is only 10 minutes away by car :) Otherwise, you should only know that there is a surcharge for the use of the whirlpool, which we did not know about beforehand.

The apartment is located in a quiet environment, is clean and equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation. The whirlpool on the balcony is great. It is recommended to have your own car and not to have heavy suitcases because you have to go up some stairs to the apartment. The hostess was very nice and always available if you wanted questions or tips. We had a very nice holiday here.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is really unbeatable – just steps away from the beach, so we could spontaneously get to the sea every day. Especially as a family with children, this was a huge plus. The apartment itself is very child-friendly and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with the family. Our children immediately felt comfortable and had enough space to play. The amenities were also great – from high chair to crib, everything was available and was already provided. Fátima was very friendly and helpful, communication was smooth and straightforward. We felt completely welcome and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment and especially loved the sunny rooftop terrace — it was the perfect spot to relax. Communication with Sarah was excellent; she was proactive, responsive, and made everything super easy. One thing to note is that the apartment isn’t very soundproof, and the nearby bars can get lively at night, so bringing earplugs is a good idea. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!
