Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. We recommend that all interested parties and guests read the listing carefully in order to prepare for the stay and enjoy it.

The house is modern and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more in the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer by arrangement.

The 124 km long Ilmtal cycle path leads from above the Ilmquelle in Allzunahan to the Ilmmündung in Großheringen. Bathing enthusiasts dive into the refreshing water of the 4km away outdoor pool. For a city or shopping trip, the 45km away state capital Erfurt and Weimar offers in about 70 km everything your heart desires.

Absolutely quiet and yet right in the middle of it all. 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot to the center. High-quality furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a wonderful view of nature and Coburg.

Very nice family-friendly place to stay

The quiet yet central location makes our apartment a good choice. In summer, our courtyard offers a unique flair. Use it for eating, playing, getting together & enjoy nature and the loving details that make this place special. Opposite is a butcher shop. Also within minutes walking distance are a supermarket, a small organic shop and a fast food pizza restaurant.

The apartment is located in a 2-family house, has a parking space and is close to the winter sports resort of Oberhof, Suhl and Meiningen. The apartment is good for couples who prefer a relaxing vacation or for business travelers.
