The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

After a thorough renovation in 2024 it is ideal for long-term business or leisure stays and accommodates up to two guests. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located with short distances to Düsseldorf or the entire Ruhr area, this is a perfect starting point for your trip. The bedroom has a ceiling height of only 1.35 m. So you should be a little athletic if you want to go to bed at night. The rest of the apartment is normally accessible and usable without further restrictions. We recommend wearing slippers. Especially in winter, the tiles can be cool
