Il s'agit d'un appartement de 40 m2 situé dans une belle villa malouine entièrement refait à neuf et imaginé par un architecte d'intérieur. Nous sommes situés à moins de 10 mètres du sable de la Grande plage de Saint-Cast et à cinq minutes à pied (en se traînant) du centre de la station balnéaire. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants, comme nous. Vue mer imprenable sur Saint-Malo et la Côte d'Emeraude
