This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

Beautiful and quiet location. The property management company made it extremely easy to check in and out. They had our schedule and met us at the ferry dock to take luggage and tour the island before showing us to the house. Will be staying again

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

We enjoyed our stay in St. James city. The peaceful surroundings were just what we hoped. Deanna sent us a list of live music in the area so when were done biking or hiking we had a selection of relaxed places to eat and listen to music. After hiking Randall Research Center or our boat ride to Cayo Costa state park, we bought some fresh fish, grilled it back at the place, then ate it next to the canal - very "Florida" in our minds. Deanna was always friendly and helpful, we felt so welcome.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful, clean and absolutely perfect! The pool was amazing! We absolutely LOVED our stay and wanted to stay an extra day! We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

We had a great stay in Amanda's house. There was everything you need. What we enjoyed most was the pool and the unique view from the terrace. We definitely recommend this accomodation to those who want to spend some relaxing days in Cape Coral!

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

This place is perfect for Boaters/Fishermen! Boat ramp is within walking distance. Nice new dock with water hose to clean boat. Jug Creek Marina is one canal over, fuel, ice, live bait, live music and food! The house is just as described! Very clean and everything you would need for a stay. Wonderfull screened in patio.

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. I cannot say enough about how responsive Wendy is. We had a few hiccups with our stay that had to do with a leak that occurred with the AC. Unfortunately, I had to call Wendy at almost 11 PM on our day of arrival and she picked up immediately! She worked to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and stayed in communication with me the entire time. We visit this area often and I will definitely reach back out to Wendy for another stay :)

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

We had an amazing stay at this condo for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to relax together and just enjoy the beach! The condo was extremely nice and it was great to have an umbrella and chairs available to use! Elizabeth was very helpful and had so much information for us and recommendations which was so helpful as first time visitors! The area was beautiful and the pool was also very nice! We cannot wait to come back to Sanibel/Captiva!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.
