Lage: ruhig, 2 Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Hermagor, Wanderwege vor dem Haus oder auf den umliegenden Almen, Presseggersee oder die Talstation Nassfeld in 10 Minuten und der Weißensee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.
