together with my partner we chose this accommodation since it is a few steps from the Vignanotica beach and having brought the kayak with us was excellent! The accommodation is completely immersed in nature so silence and tranquility are guaranteed. Everything was perfect for our needs, we also took advantage of the small barbecue available to the house. Lucia was very nice and responsive and also took us in a very appreciated cadeau

Our stay in Vieste was wonderful. The owners from the beginning made us feel at home,offering us fruits from the garden....They advised us very well on places to visit and restaurants to go to for lunch or dinner. The house is very nice,has a paradisiacal environment and an idyllic outdoor pool to enjoy it. We advise this place to 100%.Thanks for everything

Small place but clean and equipped with everything you need. Salvatore was nice and helpful. Dinner two nights at the "red cup" that is really close by, friendly staff, well eaten both times, plus positive note (for those like us traveling with the wood in tow) no problem with access with the dog

Lovely big apartment right near the old historic town. Easy walking distance to attractions and good parking nearby.

We had a lovely time in the little house by the sea. The location is fantastic. A restaurant is also directly accessible via the pebble beach. Everything was as described and as shown in the photos. The covered terrace was great, even in the rain, also for working with wifi. It is recommended to have breakfast on the roof terrace if the weather allows. Sheets and towels were also provided, although it was not described. We enjoyed it very much, thank you Antonio

Peaceful residence with a beautiful view of the sea, the pool was superb, a top geographical location, close to shops, beautiful beaches and especially 10 minutes from Vieste. Sante us to share good tips for outings and always available. Thank you Sante, we had a great holiday!

Very nice property near the city center and sea. Very quiet and relaxing place. Very clean and excellent hospitality. The owner is very nice and very welcoming. the accommodation for two is perfect. nothing missing.

the hospitality staff are responsive and very kind. The space with a large kitchen fits the needs of 2 adults with 1 child. The room is well laid out with a very comfortable large bed. The residence was quiet in early May however, the partitions are thin, you can hear the neighbors a little. The residence has a private beach with sunbeds as well as a swimming pool. On the other hand, the restaurant has quite high prices compared to other establishments frequented in the tourist region of Puglia. The dessert was expensive and barely defrosted. The dishes are not very hearty but very good.

Recommended especially for those with small children, it has a small playground and a very comfortable pool. Located 2 minutes from the sea and 5 from Vieste. Recommended

The space is amazing! Quiet, private, wonderful view of the bay and the sea, we enjoyed it very much. On a small path you can walk from the apartment directly to the beach. Giuseppe personally welcomed us and provided us with focaccia and wine. He was very friendly and helpful, showed us the facility, explained everything and gave good tips. And: especially thank Giuseppe for the prompt change of the gas bottle. Everything worked out great. We are happy to recommend the property.

We had a great time in Angela’s beautiful place. She was the perfect host, super communicative and informative and took the time to explain how everything worked which was really appreciated. She gave us plenty of information on the area and what to do. But the highlight was the bedroom with the French door view right over the ocean where we would watch sailing boats go by and the ocean change during the day. It was perfect. Everything we needed was within short walking distance. We loved staying here and will be back!! Perfect relaxation and so quiet and peaceful! Thank you Angela!

Marco was responsive and friendly. Place is very nice and quiet. The village can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The accommodation is very well cared for and clean. The only drawback was the heat, even at night with the windows open there was no air even with a lot of wind. There was still an air conditioner. I recommend the place.

Apartment stylish with excellent use of space. Everything spotless and in order. Roof terrace wonderful with view over the bay. Beautiful Bouganvillea of course! Clarissa's recommendations were useful and interesting. Thank you. Clarissa and Lidia were friendly and very helpful. Our only problem was with the trash as on a three-day visit it wasn't possible to separate and leave on the appropriate day. Thoroughly recommend this little gem!

Beautiful apartment, very accurate. Very large spaces, equipped in everything. We stayed a week in 4 people and it was like being at home. It has the necessary amenities and also great weather that this season helps :) The location is very convenient, a few minutes away by foot from Corso Manfredi (the main course) and the essential shops to stay. Moreno is available in everything and also the girl who welcomed us accompanied us throughout our stay, making herself available for any need regarding the apartment. It's definitely a place I keep in mind when I return to Manfredonia to visit my family members. Thanks for everything!

We liked the place; it was nice and quiet with a super cool view. However, we had a small issue with the gas oven. To make coffee, we had to wait at least 15 minutes. Other things was fine place close to the beach with car took 6 minutes.

The apartment is surrounded by greenery among olive trees, a 10-minute walk from the beach. Great for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation. I recommend staying in this apartment also for the convenience given the strategic location between Peschici and Vieste, without making too long trips by car we could enjoy many places nearby. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, both for the relaxing corners and for the kitchen and barbecue area. The outdoor shower is also comfortable. In the area there are both restaurants and supermarkets, just a few minutes away by car. Host available, timely in responses, and gave us good advice! We will definitely be back because we felt right at home!
