It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Our accommodation has multiple balconies where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The Millstätter Lake is just a few minutes' walk away and invites you to swim and sunbathe. The accommodation is fully equipped and includes towels, bedding, dishes, and a hairdryer.

Our one-room apartment "Gmiadlich" is very well equipped. The apartment has a bed in the size 1.40 m, cozy for lovers and/or those who want more closeness again. It has a comfortable lounge chair with footrest, so put your feet up & enjoy the sunset over the Goldeck. Access to the balcony overlooking the lake & the mountains delights the heart every morning and every evening when you return home after a successful tour. PETS ONLY CONDITIONALLY. PLEASE ASK!

2Spacious vacation home in the beautiful Alps

Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.

Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. Partly with a view of Lake Millstätter See. The house itself is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level. It was built in the 60s and converted in the 70s and was operated as a bed and breakfast. After it was closed and sold, we are now rebuilding it into holiday apartments.

It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.
