This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Lynda's and Gary's house is a great place to stay in Auckland. The surroundings are beautiful and nature is everywhere. A peaceful environment not too far away from the city center that can easily be reached by bus. Other facilities are close to their place too. The house is clean, well-organised and cosy. Lynda and Gary a both very kind and helpful persons. I was lucky to meet them and their place will always feel like home to me. Thank you so much for everything :)

The apartment was small but perfect for a singular traveller like me. Amenities listed were all available. Bedroom was separate. Appreciated that there was cooling fan available. It was quiet and private which allowed me to sleep very well. The host was very responsive & helpful, and allowed me to check out 2hrs later as the room wasn't booked for the day.

I had a wonderful time staying at Caril and Brians and felt so welcome in their home. It's a perfect location get around the city via public transport and loved being so close to the Kingsland shops and cafes. To top it all off I had the pleasure of meeting their two adorable cats. Thanks for a lovely stay!
