We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We were able to celebrate a very pleasant bachelorette party, the apartment offered everything we needed and the communication was very good. Recommended

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We have been coming to Tyrol for many years and Cristina's place was nicely located in a small town/village with a beautiful view over the mountains. The house is simple yet very well organised, no clutter and easy to maintain. We walked the Wolfsklamm from the front door and arrived back at the front door, which is fantastic. It is a 20 min drive to Erlebnis Therme Fugen which is a nice place to visit with kids. Overall the house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood and it feels quite private. The terrace is also a bonus when it is sunny and we saw deers on the field opposite the house. You feel secluded but you are 5 min walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect

We stayed with three generations 22 people plus dog in the farmhouse and felt very comfortable. The children could play great on the large meadow under the house with the deer, while we adults had everything in view from the terrace over coffee. The house was Easter and lovingly decorated by Isabell. It was very clean and each of us found his/ her place. We had small cooking teams that the kitchen was big enough for. Storage space for all groceries offered two large refrigerators plus ice compartments as well as the shelves in the hallway. For the children, the bed storage offered an enormous gaudi. When using the bathroom, we formed groups, so that no major traffic jams were formed here either. We met Isabell in person on the day of arrival and she provided us with many leisure tips and was also available to us at any time. It was perfect for us, there was nothing missing and we hope to come back soon.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

Lovely house and would love to go back. Although we stayed in the wintertime , this place is probably designed for vacations in the summer with a lake nearby with lots of activities. We stayed only a day, and we got an extended checkout, so we got a full extra morning. In summary we enjoyed the house and it had lovely views.

Despite not being easy guests from Asia, the host was extremely helpful and patient. The has is highly recommended for larger groups as each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Top, Wolfgang was easily accessible, accommodation very nice! Private garden, sauna and hot tub make the weekend an experience. Right in nature, hiking trails right outside the front door with great destinations. Parking in front of the door and fully equipped house.

An absolutely perfect stay! The vacation home was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we lacked nothing. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: the view was simply breathtaking - whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. Shopping is right across the street. Dear Sabine, we thank you for our unforgettable holiday 🤩

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

Great location, great architecture, perfect decor. Fantastic for design lovers. Were even allowed to check out later, as it was not rented again directly after us. Perfect 👍

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful spacious house of Eliska in Fügen with 3 generations. The rooms, both living area and kitchen, as well as the bedrooms are spacious and lovingly furnished. There are numerous excursion destinations and hiking routes in the area. Eliska was very friendly and accommodating and gave us good recommendations.

We had a wonderful short trip to celebrate my JGA at the chalet. Everything was exactly as pictured - very high quality materials, clean and tidy and a really well-equipped kitchen. Of the originally 10 planned travelers, only 7 people arrived. That was great, because so we could divide the rooms well and in the shared room only one person had to sleep - for 4 adults it would not have been quite optimal. More for kids. Communication beforehand was very good and proactive. And the value is really outstanding! I will certainly be back again ☺️ Thanks a lot!

Monika, Franz and Martin were great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The house is superb, very well equipped for self catering and very clean. Great for walking and cycling and a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Lovely, sunny patio for outdoor eating. The whole experience was fabulous and we would definitely recommend a stay at this property.
