For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
