"My kingdom of heaven"- that's how I lovingly call my apartment. As you can see, I chose the furniture and materials with a lot of love. Not only the apartment, but also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk from the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute peace and quiet, raised above the roofs of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

Welcome to Maria Alm! Our apartment Vera was completely renovated in the summer of 2020 and offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located only about 1.5 km from the center of Maria Alm and the entrance to the Hochkönig ski resort and is also easily accessible by bus. The countless destinations in the region will make your vacation a real experience.

Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
