Holiday houses in Mayerhofen

Vanessa and I were at the Moahof for a week - our goal: nature, hiking, excursions, peace and simply a nice time in a great environment. We came across the Moahof and were immediately convinced by the pictures and reviews! 😊 The communication with Eva really worked out great. The bread roll service was a very big plus for relaxed breakfasts with fresh bread rolls. The accommodation is very modern and has everything you need. It was very exciting to get to know the farm, the animals and the surroundings! You immediately felt welcome. Everything you need is within walking distance (regional farmers' shop, inns, small supermarket and much more). Nature is just around the corner! Even if the weather did not play along, we had a very nice time! (After all, there are raincoats😉). Thank you Eva and Peter, we will come back! Vanessa & Jonas ☺️

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Tanja and her in-laws, who manage the cottage, are very friendly and helpful. The location is of course fantastic and the cottage very nice. It should be noted that the electricity is provided by generator and is only available at a very reduced rate (light) between 9 PM and 6 AM. The heating is a furnace heater, which is good to know at this altitude and the temperatures there. Communication was good. The journey can be a little intimidating if you are new to the mountains - the navigation system says 100 km/h on mountain roads and thus calculates the travel time earlier. But you're more likely to be traveling at 30-50 km/h. It's good to find your way

It was perfect but we just missed the Microwave Oven. If they arrange it in the Kitchen then it will be more good.

One of the best airbnbs I stayed in. The house is well equipped and very clean! it's nicely designed and not cluttered. It's close to the activites but in a quiet area surrounded by nature. The host was very helpful and friendly. The open area was very nice to relax and walk in. The view of the mountain was nice to watch. 💯 recommended

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with great attention to detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the furnishings to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and approachable at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this accommodation, it is definitely worth a trip and I will gladly come back.

We had a very nice stay in Saalfelden. The apartment is really extremely beautiful and there is everything you need - including coffee capsules, dishwasher tabs and even a washing machine. Walter was very friendly and accommodating. Since we were traveling with a small baby, we really enjoyed being able to spend time relaxing in the apartment and still see the mountains. We mainly used the downstairs bedroom, which was significantly cooler. As already mentioned elsewhere, the apartment is a bit noisy. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as excursion opportunities. We particularly liked Gitas Cafe. With the Leogang Card, we were able to travel by bus and gondola for free and also went to the swimming pool and Ritzenseebad. The walk from the train station was a bit difficult, as there are no pedestrian crossings on the main road. We then found an entrance and an underpass at the Spar.

A really nice house in a magnificent location. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a magnificent view over the lake and the mountains. Great accessibility of the landlords - we had a problem with the stairs that led to the lake and the landlord organized a handyman within 30 minutes. All in all it is expensive but worth the price. We will definitely be back.
